Career Qualification Over twenty five years of business practicing and licensed skills in interior partitions thru to

punch list in the Washington DC area. The last six years have been in construction of overseas facilities for the

United States Government. Supervised eighteen men carpenters and painters to complete the largest embassy

project in Baghdad, Iraq. In Surabaya, Indonesia I was in charge of all architectural finishes. From layout to

building the different partitions, frames, door locks to painting and flooring all came under my scope of work. If my

Assist with the control of personnel access to and from Embassy Construction sites.

Ensure security standards in the construction of a facility are met as directed by the Government's Site Security Manager

(SSM), deter and detect the introduction of technical attacks. Technical attacks are defined as the introduction of electronic

devices for the purpose of monitoring/collecting electronic or verbal signals at agency sites. Define and report daily any

security standard deviations or suspected irregularities to the Government SSM via a written report. Follow the applicable

safety rules established by the Government contracted construction firm and all applicable OSHA and other requirements of

the construction site

• Successfully complete a formal training class; The CST specific training with Department of State (DOS) course held in

Springfield, VA or other course as determined by the Government. Passing grades/scoring criteria are established by the training authority.

As well as managing the work flow of eight carpenters and two painters.

Worked with tools framing; hanging drywall; insulation and finishing to a level five finish and did ceiling

grid a tile.

Supervise the carpenters in the Green Zone to build the CAA space in Baghdad, Iraq.

The scope of labor went from start to finish.

There were eighteen personal under my supervision and all returned home safe.

Kaseman also received two other small projects there which I managed the carpenters which were

completed on time and in the budget.
