A New Patio Bistro Set and Date Night with My HubbyJust because the inside of my house lacks color and

personality, doesn’t mean my back porch does. I recently had

the opportunity to go to Sears and purchase a patio set of my

choice. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, I just knew I wanted a

space that actually had some color and pizazz.

Since I knew I would be purchasing our new patio set at Sears,

I went online to see all the styles they had available. While

browsing the selection in the Sears Style Hub, I found some

that I really loved. But as you know, there is nothing like seeing

it and touching it in person.

In addition to the Style Hub, you can get inspiration and design

ideas (like I did) with the Sears Outdoor Catalog. Since I don’t

have an ounce of creativity, it helps being able to see how it

could look in my own space.

our retreat for Date NightI headed over to the Sears Style Hub and boy oh boy I could

not pull myself away! I knew I wanted a few chairs that I could

pick up and move if needed. The Sears Online Catalog was

super easy to navigate.

We have a Sears Hometown Store really close so I thought I

would look and see if they had the set I was thinking about. You

can find the Sears Local ad online easily.

We checked out the Simply Outdoors area

and we had to sit and test the chairs out of

course. We knew we were also looking for a

smoker. Part of the area we are creating for

our date night involves cooking. We spent

an hour browsing and checked out right

around closing. Our salesman was very

helpful.

our 4th of July - Better With SearsThe salesperson that we worked with was

very helpful. I found it interesting that he

and his fellow co-workers were all using

IPad devices to connect customers with

their online site. He showed me the items

online as well as reviews. As I continued my

exploration, he kept track of the items we

were considering on his IPad. At the end of

the shopping trip he said that he would email

me links to all of the products that I had been

considering in the store. How slick is that?

All he had to have was my phone number

and, based on my Shop Your Way Rewards

Account, he sent everything to my email

address.

Getting ready for the 4th of July with SearsI knew we needed more help than just extra space. We needed a

welcoming area that said “Come and sit down for a while”. I also

wanted badly for my husband to get the grill of his dreams. I’d tried to

talk him into purchasing a new grill before, but he always brushed it off

and thought of something else we needed instead — never thinking of

himself. I searched Sears online catalog for grill deals and sales–along

with ideas for a patio set to rest in after a long day of cooking. I’d

heard about the benefits of ShopYourWay Rewards at Sears as well;

and was thrilled to find the perfect grill on sale!

Preparing for a Bash on the 4th with SearsFirst of all, I must tell y’all I do NOT take major purchases

lightly. I like to research and analyze these types of

purchases to death. Thank goodness Sears made that easy

for me. I started with the online catalog for some inspiration.

After my research, I felt knowledgeable enough to head to

the store. The sales associate was nice enough to answer

TONS of questions from me. My helpers all came along

with me on my journey as well. Want to see even more

pictures of our adventures?

We ended up with the Brookshire 7 pc Dining Set from

Country Living. The quality construction, sale price, and

lovely details are what sold me. I mean look at that tile table

and gorgeous chairs! I am in love...

Grilling Up for Father’s DaySears has always seemed like a store that was divided into very

distinct sections to me. So it was a no-brainer to go there and

choose grilling accessories. The first floor is all about women,

including women who shop for their men. The second floor is all

about children, and the man cave – also known as the lower level is

all made for dad. I mean sure, they sneak a couple of lawn furniture

pieces down there to appease the women, but it’s all about man toys.

Lawnmowers, drills, leaf blowers and tools. I liked that I could do a bit

of research before we went to make sure that what we were looking

for was even offered at the store. Another great program that Sears

has is the Shop Your Way Rewards (which I’ve been a part of since

last year) that rewards you one point per dollar spent, and you’re able

to apply that amount to current purchases. Not bad.

Celebrating Father’s Day After spending a fun filled afternoon at the local Sears store we

found just what we were looking for. Everyone had an opinion

and everyone needed to experiment with all of the grills! We

have been a big fan of Kenmore and look forward to using our

Kenmore grill all summer long.

To make my shopping experience even better we were able to

get free assembly on our new grill! We signed up for the Shop

Your Way Rewards program {which is a free rewards program}

through Sears. Since we used our Sears credit card we

earned 2x the reward points and saved 5% on the purchase!

We could not be happier with this purchase. We saved money

and earned rewards! We will definitely be heading back to

Summer Grilling is HappinessI looked online at Sears.com because I knew

they had a great selection of grills. I also

wanted to search for a few other pieces to

make my backyard feel more relaxing and less

like a children’s play zone.

com website had some amazing outdoor

setups that I would love to have.

I looked on the website and was excited to

find a side by side comparison of grills. There

is also a grill finder on the website to help you

find your perfect grill. I checked out the local

deals online and then headed to Sears.
