Arbor Heights Elementary School Elementary School

• Site: SW 104th Street is getting prepped for curb/gutter and sidewalk. The natural gas main line in SW 104th Street was relocated to allow storm water utility installation to complete.

• South Building: Roof joists are being placed and welded to structural frame. Light-gauge metal framing continues at the exterior and interior at floor 2. Hollow metal door frame installation is ongoing on floor 2. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in are ongoing at floors 1 and 2.

• North Building: Structural steel erection ongoing. Roof joists are getting set and welded.

• Area 2: Interior and exterior framing is ongoing at level 2; installation of

exterior sheathing ongoing; HVAC ductwork install at level 1 is ongoing.

• Building B: Structural steel for the outside play area completed. • Building C: Metal roof decking installation continues. Skylight

frames installed. Slab on deck for 2nd floor (child care) area preparing for concrete pour.

New Thornton Creek Building • Site: Continue installing footing drainage piping and downspouts. Continued

remove excess soil pile.

• Building A: Continued with exterior backfill around footings. Completed setting forms and installing rebar for stem walls. Poured remaining concrete stem walls. Stripped forms from concrete stem walls.

• Building B: Continued erecting structural steel in both library and two story academic wing. Began placing steel joist and decking in both library and first story of two story wing.

• Building C: Continued interior framing on classrooms. Continued installing HVAC ductwork and above ceiling plumbing and electrical. Continued with plumbing and electrical rough-in in classroom walls. Began install interior hollow metal window frames in hallway for classrooms.
