Winter is nally over and were nowready to embrace the sunshine. Spring

/Summer trends have arrived and this

magazine is devoted to the key looks of

the season all of them available at the

Centre. Midsummer Nights Dream offers

you an insight into stylish, affordable

pieces, providing you with looks to take

you from daytime into the evening,

including essential holiday pieces. We

also show you how to accessorise your look with a selection of

bold, beaded and beautiful jewellery, which look fantastic with

this seasons subtle nudes trends. All are available in the luxuryof a covered mall with over 400 parking spaces, convenient

opening hours and a host of places to relax. Finally, look out

for the Handbags and Gladrags exhibition featuring calico bags

designed and produced by BND Fashion Promotion Students at

South Essex College of Further and Higher Education.

This magazine has been designed and created by Second Year BND Fashion

Promotion Students within the Faculty of Media and Creative Arts at South

Essex College of Further and Higher Education. As part of a unit titled Fashion

Presentation Techniques, students were required to demonstrate skills in fashion

photography & styling, magazine layout and trend research. This is the second

time that BND Fashion Promotion has had the opportunity to work with The Royals,

providing students with a real employer environment. As well as working alongside

Dawn Jeakings, Centre Manager for The Royals, this project also enabled students

to work directly with Storm Creative, receiving guidance from the Creative Director,

Neil Heather. I would like to thank both Dawn and Neil for the fantastic opportunity

they have provided for the students and I look forward to working with them on
