Inquiry-based learning: If a student second life is created many lessons could be based on traveling in the online world to uncover scientific phenomena, or, students could create there own site that educates others

Seeing is believing in Science and there are many unbelievable pictures that peek students interests.

Inquiry based- Having students describe what they see using visual aids allows you to draw out what they know, uncover misconceptions and gives them a chance to learn from eachother.

Using program like second life is very engaging to the students.

The school I work with has very limited technology. My first task will be to apply for grants for technology.
