Ourbeliefsestablishthelimitsofwhatwecanachieve,orasHenryFordoncesaid,“Ifyoubelieveyoucanorifyoubelieveyoucan’t…you’reright!”Andyouwillactoutthebeliefyouhaveregardlessofwhetherit’stherightthingtodoornot.Thisisespeciallytruewhenthebeliefsaresubconscious.Behaviouralscientistsconfirm,ourbehavioursareadirectreflectionofourbeliefs,perceptionsandvalues,generatedfrompastexperiences.However,thedifficultyseemstobeinknowinghowtochangeoldnegativebeliefs,perceptionsandvaluesintonewpositiveones.Withsomuchatstake,itisimperativeweknowhowtochangeself-sabotagingbeliefslimitingusandkeepingussafeinourcomfortzonesintoempoweringbeliefsthatsupportustoachievingthegreatresultswehavesetforourselves.
