All slabs at ground level to be pouredover 1000 gauge polythene sheeting on50mm stone blinding on hardcore.
Structural Works1. All black cotton soils to be removedfrom all building plinths. All buildings to beclear of blackcotton soil to a distance of 3m.2. All basement columns to be providedwith angle iron protection 1500mm high.3. All paved surfaces to be clear of blackcotton soil to a distance of 500mm outsidethe edge of the surface.4. Refer to structural Engineers details forall r.c works.5. Fountation depth to be determined onsite to structural Engineer's approval.6. All walls less than 200mm thick to bereinforced with hoop irons at everyalternate course.7. All adjacent r.c work and masonry wallsto be tied with strap irons at every course.
Mechanical Works1. All sanitry fittings, doors, windows andlifts to schedules.2. All plumping and drainage to complywith city council's specifications.3. All service ducts to be accessible fromevery floor.4. SVP denotes soil vent pipe to beprovided at the head of drainage.
