    Security Council Reporting and Mandate Cycles Introduction This document provides a comprehensive overview of reporting and mandate cycles of United Nations Security Council resolutions. The document has been prepared by the Security Council Secretariat Branch for use by Security Council members engage in the drafting process of resolutions, in which specific deadlines have been set and/or are to be established, renewed or reviewed. The enclosed tables have been developed, with a view to assisting the Security Council in balancing its work load in the future. The items listed herein are those of which the Security Council is currently seized and have a specific deadline or task assigned. The enclosed tables will be updated accordingly as soon as a new resolution or decision is adopted by the Security Council.     Sudan – Panel of Experts Resolution 2035 (2012) of 17 February 2011 Para.1: Decides to extend until 17 February 2013 the mandate of the Panel of Experts, originally appointed pursuant to resolution 1591 (2005) and previously extended by resolutions 1651 (2005), 1665 (2006), 1713 (2006), 1779 (2007), 1841 (2008), and 1891 (2009), 1945 (2010), and 1982 (2011) and requests the Secretary-General to take the necessary administrative measures, including basing arrangements, as expeditiously as possible.
