How do we solve the Problem?

• How: By presenting an information booth in highly

public area

• Time: Security department all works days

• Where: Incoming and Out going of shifts in lobby

and cafeteria areas.

• Tools: Table, pamphlets, story boards. ( If

available ID lanyards and Security Stickers.)

• Who: Security Liaison Officers

Who should be a Liaison Officer?

• Neat Uniform

• Well Spoken

• Customer Service Orientated

• Approachable

• Every Shift should have at least one officer

How do we benefit as a Security

Department?• Positive interaction with staff and guest.

• Shows compassion towards staff needs.

• Promotes an environment of safety.

• Cuts down on thefts, if items are secured properly.

• Makes officers more approachable.

• Informs staff and guest of service that are available.

• Teaches staff that they are a major role in keeping

CHOP SAFE.
