1. User should have the admin rights on the computer system on which he needs to login.
2. Turn off security notification from user account of control panel.

After doing above settings, restart your system once.
3. Adding https://mplunrcms.eproc.in to the trusted site zone.
From here drag this button to
bottom as low then click ok.
Open Internet Explorer and then
click on Tools > Internet Options

From here click on security
tab and then trusted sites.
From here add the web site
https://mplunrcms.eproc.in to trusted site zone then
click on close tab.

4. Running DLL files for website.
After downloading this signer file extract the same file to desktop and you will get a
folder named C1, then move this C1 folder to C drive of your system.
From here click on Default Level tab
then drag security level button to low,
then finally click on apply and OK.
Click on this Icon to
download signer.dll files
and save it to the desktop.

Now open your C1 folder from C drive and do the following…
As you click on Run as administrator you will get this screen saying that dll registration
successful.
After seeing this successful message close dialog window and everything then refresh the
system two four times.
From Here right click on Run file
then click on Run as administrator.

Now open C1 folder from C drive and do the following…
As we click on Run as administrator below shown CMD window will opened
This is the CMD Screen
will looks like.
Click on Start Button and type CMD in
search box then right click on CMD (as
shown in program list) then click on
Run as administrator option.

After opening CMD window, open run command of system and type regsvr32 and drag the
msflxgrd.ocx in to the run window.
After dragging the file msflxgrd.ocx in to the run command, copy complete path from run
command window and paste the same in CMD’s black window through right click and paste
option.

On this screen we can see the successful message of running msflxgrd.ocx
After doing all the settings close all pages and application s then restart your pc then try to
login.
