Installation Instructions: For complete installation instructions, refer to product TDS or visit www.atcepoxy.com.1) Drill hole to specified diameter and depth. 2) Remove standing water, blow out hole- 4 seconds/cy-cles. 3) Brush- 4 cycles (ensure wire brush contacts walls of drilled hole - replace if worn). 4) Blow out hole - 4 seconds/cycles. 5) Remove cap, place cartridge into dispensing tool and balance until both components flow out evenly – DO NOT USE EXPIRED PRODUCT! 6) Screw on only appropriate, non-modified ATC mixing nozzle. 7) Dispense and waste enough material to ensure uniform gray color before injecting into hole - NEVER RE-USE NOZZLES & DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FORCE ADHESIVE OUT OF A HARDENED MIXING NOZZLE - If needed, use new nozzle and repeat steps 5-7. 8) Fill hole 2/3 full with adhesive starting at bottom and withdraw as hole fills. 9) Fully insert clean threaded rod or rebar with slow turning motion to bottom of hole - mind working time & ensure excess adhesive is visible around anchor after installation. 10) Do not disturb or apply load until full cure time has passed.
