Incorporating revolutionary technology, the Razorback Auto-Level 550 is a next generation rotary reach mower with a smart self-levelling Co-Pilot device that delivers increased productivity, a superior finish and significant cost savings.

With the option of a 1.5 metre wide safety rotary head and a 5.5 metre reach, the Auto-Level is at home with all types of verge mowing and hedgecutting tasks, and can easily tackle two to three-year-old growth. Highly versatile, this robust machine combines efficiency, power and reach making it appealing to farmers and contractors alike.

Head and shoulders above the rest

The Auto-Level 550’s rotary safety head option has been fitted with three four-blade rotors on a vertical axis. A rotary motion design means the blades are in contact with the growth during their entire 360° cycle, awarding a much faster and cleaner cut and a superior mulching technique. The rotary action and side deflectors ensure that the debris is efficiently contained by the hood with considerably less material throw onto the road or the tractor cab.

The rotary head is lighter and has a lower power and maintenance requirement, making the rotary safety head a more efficient and cost-effective choice. The rotary head option comes with hydraulic front hood and rear roller making it easy to adapt to different stages of growth.

The Auto-Level 550 is also available with a 1.2m belt driven flail head.

Smart self-levelling Co-Pilot system

The Auto-Level features revolutionary automatic levelling Co-Pilot* technology which ensures that the head and the main frame of the machine remain level at all times, irrespective of the tractor angle in relation to the undulating ground. This unique feature awards an exceptionally smooth finish regardless of the terrain, making for a more comfortable and trouble-free experience.

Operation is simple and precise thanks to the electronic proportional controls which incorporate a 3-axis joystick. The main control box features rotor on/off, level sensitivity and Auto-Level Co-Pilot on/off functions.
