Printable Magnets• Magnets can be printed in a variety of ways

including Offset, Dry Toner, HP Indigo, Wide Format, Laser Printers & Inkjet Printers.

Magnetized or Un-Magnetized• Offset, Flexo & Wide Format equipment can

print on Pre-Magnetized material.• Digital Presses require a material that is

un-magnetized. It is turned into a magnet after it is printed.

• Pre-magnetized products may stick to metal in digital press feed paths.

• Paper can be printed and then laminated into a pre-magnetized pouch.

Magnet Strengths• Low Energy Magnets can be printed Offset &

Flexo and are usually used for marketing pieces. Can only hold itself to metal.

• Standard Energy Magnets are usually magnetized after printing and can hold a few sheets of paper behind it on a refrigerator.

• High Energy Magnets can be printed on a Digital Press and then magnetized after printing or printed on a Wide Format Printer. These are best for car door applications.

• Pre-Magnetized laminating pouch.• Paper is printed by any method.

It is then inserted into a MagnetPouch and put through a laminator.

Energy Magnet.• Mainly used for marketing
