ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
Karunya University, formerly known as Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS) was established in 1986 by the founder Late Dr.D.G.S.Dhinakaran and Dr.Paul Dhinakaran. ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The department of Electronics & Communication Engineering was established in the year 1986. It has been very well equipped with highly commendable facilities and is effectively guided by a set of devoted and diligent staff members. The department offer both Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes. The PG programme includes Communication Systems, Applied Electronics and VLSI Design. It also offers Ph.D. degree. The department has well equipped laboratories such as Signal Processing, Microwave and RF Communication systems, VLSI Design, Microprocessor & Microcontroller, Linear integrated circuits, Digital electronics, Electronics and Communication, Advanced softwares like FEKO, Synopsis, Microsim 8.0 etc., are the pride of the department.
