SAMMY GREEN, JR.1946 - 2014
Sammy Green, Jr. has been the proprietor
of Grand Shoe Care for over 28 years and
provides the shoe shine stand here at Lin-

did the shoe shines here, and tenants came to
respect and love Sammy. He has been quite
an entrepreneur and has established 17 shoe
shine stands all around the metroplex and
Fort Worth.
The news was received with much
sadness that Sammy passed away on April
21. Sammy had been recovering from a brain
surgery performed earlier in the year. He was
67 years old and was a loving husband, fa-
ther and grandfather. He will be missed at
Lincoln Centre.

There were all kinds of fun things to pur-chase at the Spring Vendor Sale. Robin Steward, a partner with Unity Search, in Two Lincoln Centre is checking out the purses at the Bacio Fashion Accessory table provided by Tammie Parnell. All vendors are requested to donate 10% or their sales to a charity designated by Lincoln Centre. The charity that has been currently designated is the Texas Wounded Warriors Foundation. It is stated that 87% of every dollar donated to the foundation stays in Texas and is given to a wounded warrior or his family.
