Physio taping technique facilitates the body’s natural healing process to allow support and stability to muscles and joints without compromising the
body’s range of motion. Taping provides subtle, ongoing neuromuscular feedback to help the body gently re-program back to optimal alignment.
Taping the shoulders and neck is particularly valuable for teen posture, and those who work in a seated, office environment. You will also learn deep

Pilates is ideal during tween and teen years because it teaches the growing bodies how to stabilize core muscles and postural awareness which are crucial when lugging heavy backpacks around. Everyone loves the foam roller! This simple, yet effective prop works wonders on stiff muscles and tight joints, and also acts as a conditioning tool. This workshop is broken into two parts: the first half focuses on various strengthening exercises particularly effective for the abdominals, gluteals and hamstrings.
