CATHERINE TURNER Catherine has dedicated the past 10 years training to connect the mind, body and soul through meditation and yoga. Having received mentoring by many esteemed teachers and gurus, lived in a remote Himalayan ashram, meditated on a Sri Lankan rooftop with Buddhist monks, studied Reiki, completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and spent extensive time in India, Catherine has shown true dedication towards her craft.

NEALE WATSON After graduatng from the Royal Free Hospital in London, Doctor Watson started his career in obstetrics and gynaecology in Birmingham, where he developed his interest in gynaecological endocrinology. Doctor Watson has published extensively on the menopause, osteoporosis and premenstrual syndrome and his interest has led him to lecturer on the subject in Oxford. Ideal for men and women of all ages, Platelet Rich Plasma treatment (PRP) is applied to sustain existing hair growth. Highly regenerative plasma is extracted f rom a small sample of your blood (less than 50 ml) and injected to strengthen follicles and stimulate your scalp. The treatment helps develop new and perfectly healthy hairs f rom follicles that have stopped producing hair (restimulation of inactive follicles).

BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS

Urban Retreat confirms all client bookings via email and by text message. We require an up-to-date and correct email address and mobile number from you at the time of booking, in order for us to confirm your service. We ask that you cooperate with our Reservations team when they ask for your contact details.

DEPOSITSAll services require a 50% deposit at point of booking, paid in advance at point of

booking. Please note, Urban Retreat reserve the right to amend or change our pricing at any given time.

YOUR ARRIVAL Arriving early is a great idea as you can take your time and relax before your appointment. You may want to have your complimentary beverage from the Juice Bar in the Guest Lounge or spend time browsing in our Retail & Make Up space.

LATE ARRIVALS

Depending on your arrival time we will determine how much of the service we are able to offer. We will do everything we can to accommodate late arrivals, but in some circumstances appointments may have to be rescheduled.

PATCH TESTS Patch Tests are required on certain services, including spray tanning, eyelash tinting, brow tinting, laser hair removal, skin perfecting laser treatment and for any semi permanent colour or hair tint. In most cases these are 24 or 48 hours in advance, but please ask your Customer Relations Advisor

for more information. In the rare instance that you may experience a reaction, we ask that you inform Urban Retreat within 24 hours.

QUIET To make the most of your time with us and in respect for other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.

CHILDREN Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the salon, unless unaccompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted to accompany their parents into a treatment room. Children under the age of 12 (except for children’s haircuts or ear piercing) are not permitted to receive services. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to receive hair tints or intimate waxing.
