Integrated expandability and rapidityAC Servo Nutrunner Z50 series enables to build a synthetic control system for various tightening controls of multi spindles with user friendly operation.
The Controller for single spindle specifically developed for Nutrunner enables to realize high quality and high accuracy tightening
AU50 (Axis Control Unit)
The Master unit enables to control multi spindles up to 31 spindles, and has a capability for PLC serial communication which reduces wiring.
MU50 (Master Control Unit)
1 Master Unit has a capability of handling maximum of 4 Work Groups, and each Work Group can work independently. 1 Master Unit can control maximum of 4 separate tightening systems.
1 Master Unit can control for both Left and Right Wheel Tightening Machines.
Various tightening methods equipped●Tightening control such as Torque Control, Angle
Control Torque Monitoring, Yield Control, etc. support various types of tightening. ●Monitoring function such as Torque Rate monitoring,
Zone monitoring detect abnormality on tightening.
Parallel motion of Work Group
Each step of pre tightening, loosening, final tightening can be programed as a sequence under 1 Program. Maximum of 20 steps can be programed in 1 Program.
Sequence Program for tightening
PC-USB port and Computer can be connected with USB cable.It makes easier for the communication between Computer and Master Unit if Computer does not have RS-232C port.It is also possible to communicate via RS-232C port or Ethernet port.
USB download/upload capabilityTightening/System Program,Tightening Result can be exported to USB flash drive on USB port.

Signal can be freely assigned on each output and input for Control I/O, Extended I/O (optional), Remote I/O (optional).Signal assigning on PLC serial communication and Fieldbus is also freely changed.

Application Software
Master Control Unit is designed for creating a sequence program for multi spindles with easy settings without complicated PLC logic. This unit is able to connect with PLC with serial connection, and has capability to connect up to 31 spindles by master link connection. This system enables users to obtain tightening results into PLC easily and it will also help to reduce the wiring works and save wires.
This is a system con�guration without using a Master Unit.One control on One spindle system, and each spindle is controlled by using I/O signals. Maximum of 31 spindles can be connected by master link connection.

Job control functionA convenient function to permit the integrated control in the various torque fastening operation. The max. 99 jobs can be controlled with the function. All of the channels and fastening operations can be programmed with a maximum of 30 steps per job.
Multi channelsTightening, loosening, and retightening are necessary to detect the fitting or cross- thread condition in the bolt fastening operation. You can avoid the troublesome channel change operation and simply carry out the fastening in continuity by continuously defining the necessary fastening channels as one multi channel system.

One of new applications of Handy 2000Lite is “TRACER ARM”.Assisting Arm with Position Detect Function for Handy 2000 Lite! Reading the bar code ID pasted
the application on the conveyor,⦆the model selection of the application is determined.⦆⦆

The operator can be ready to start fastening by checking touch screen.Then, the operator get started fastening and complete fastening.

Fastening Data(Fastening results) can be stored in the controller.4
Fastening Data(Fastening results) is also can be transferred to main server at Car manufacturing plant.5
After completion of initial fastening, the next place to be fastened will be displayed in the pink color circle and the same procedure as fastening operation and fastening data storage in the controller and host server will be kept until all of necessary fastening sequences and position are completed. Finally, the application can be moving to next step flow on the conveyor.

Adopting this “TRACER ARM“with functionality of detecting the current position of ESTIC handheld tool on the assisting ARM interlocking fastening each positions, The operator could do eliminate current errors and also do easy handling when fastening.
Currently, operator errors such as incomplete fastening, wrong position fastening, and wrong fastening sequence. Additionally, sometimes fastening maneuverability is not easy for the operator.
