Select Missing Text

Type MissingText in the boxprovided and

click Complete

Look under “Reason” for instructions on what

text is missing

Queries are presented as Missing Text deficiencies

1. Document the query response in the yellow text box on the query form

2. Click Complete to

submit the query

1. Document the reason the query is

declined in the yellow text box

2. Click Complete to

submit the query

1. Click the decline button

2. Provide comments in the reason field to send a note to the coder, then click OK

Select Dictation

Dictation Deficiency:1. Complete Dictation as normal.

Optional—Enter Dictation Job ID into HPF for tracking

2. Complete the Deficiency

Create a bookmark for the page being viewed by clicking the bookmark icon.

View bookmarks by clicking the bookmark tab.

The Prior Charts link displays past encounters for the selected patient.
