Shift from Beta (30-50 Hz) to Delta waves (1-3 Hz). Waves heat-up the brain.

• When Delta waves (1- 3 Hz) are produced, we reach to the state of contemplation.

1. Negative thoughts trigger the most abnormal beta waves and cause depression.

2. The drop of water falling into a water body can be considered as conscious mind, water ripples as subconscious and the bottom as super conscious mind.

3. The fish represents as conscious mind.

Duality of Mind

• Conscious Mind clicks the picture of the thought like a camera, therefore, it is considered as software of the camera.

• Its maturity depends upon the maturity of the brain.

• Subconscious Mind impresses all the pictures of thoughts on its sensitive microchip, therefore, it is considered as hardware of the camera.

• It remains the same since birth.

Mahatma Gandhi Says

Keep your thoughts positive because they become your words. Keep your words positive; they become your behaviour. Keep your behaviour positive; it becomes your habit. Keep your habits positive; they become your values. Keep your values positive; they become your destiny.

Law Of Attraction

When any object is exposed to a bright light, some photons of light interact with the atoms of the object and the light is scattered in a particular pattern or design unique to the molecules of that object. This is called as ….

…Raman Effect

Page 32: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

1.Think and Request (Key stone).• “ Think about only one thought or one image

at a time so intensely that it starts generating thought energy.

• “If you think you can, you can and if you think you can’t, you can’t.” Learn to unprogramme your brain and reprogramme it with new thinking and new possibilities. Always think in First Person and Present Tense.

• Dimension of personal success is directly proportional to the magnitude of thinking.

Page 33: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Think and visualize about the pot in your subconscious mind. It will

be materialized.

Page 34: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Follow the following steps while thinking:

• 3 Ds. Design, Develop and Deploy: Design & develop the image of your desired thought in your subconscious mind. Recall your dreams.

• Roll your tongue upward.• Think in First person, Present tense.• Avoid negative thought such as Francesco

Schettino’s example “I wouldn’t like to be in the role of the captain of the Titanic, having to sail in an ocean of icebergs.”

• The subconscious mind will read it as “I would like to be….. It eliminates “NOT”.

Page 35: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Thought targeting

• Repeated thoughts easily cross the barrier from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind.

• Gather prior information for any task and do a lot of home work to find out pros cons and visualize picture of the task accordingly in the subconscious mind before transmitting it to the Universal Intelligence.

Page 36: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

2.Visualization or Imagination in Mind’s Eye

• Follow PIP, i.e. use pen and ink on paper and draw your visualized image for better imagination. Remember what you visualize in First Person and Present Tense, so is materialized.

• Light, Sound & Smell are picked-up by the subconscious mind.

Page 37: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Visualize the following images if you are money conscious.

Gold bricks stacked together. Gold symbol of Indian Rupee.

Page 38: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Principle of success

Lift the weight of success by applying the

force of DREAMS

With the support of

MOTIVATION

Page 39: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

How to visualize the principle of success for example.

• Suppose the 8 steps of success are: 1. Passion, 2. Imagination, 3. Basic knowledge, 4. Perennial repetition, 5. Belief, 6. Firm decision, 7. Planned action and 8. Follow-up.

Page 40: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Learn the art of making a meaningful sentence.

• Make a sentence as follows:• If you transform your 1. Passion into your 2.

Imagination, supported by 3. Basic knowledge, followed by 4. Perennial repetition with 5. Belief & 6. Firm decision, you can achieve your goal if your 7. Actions are planned and 8. Followed-up.

Page 41: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

3.Transmission-Action and Reaction or Response

• Condense the visualized image of 100 % marks in any subject or of a cheque of any amount, or say for example ₹ 1,00,000,00 or gold coins just like a biconvex glass condenser is used to focus light to a tiny, bright point of light, attach to it the relevant visualized image, sound and smell and then strongly impress this three-in-one image on to your subconscious mind by turning the eye balls INTROVERTLY.

• Send a single pointed strong signal of your climaxed or pinnacle mind to the universe or multiverse by turning the eye balls EXTROVERTLY. It is just like computer, sending E-mail with attached files to the universe and the reply back by the universe as “Your proposal is my approval.” Avoid mental rejection of consciously created impressions.

Page 42: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

4. APOLOGIZE

• ‘Say in First Person—Present Tense, ‘I apologize.’ Please receive the most thought and carefully visualized abstract image of my desired passion, which I transmitted to you through my subconscious mind. Kindly transmit the desired wish back to my subconscious mind.

Page 43: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

5. BELIEVE

• Say, ‘I believe.’ Our subconscious mind works on the invisible power of belief; therefore, if you impress any visualized thought image on to it strongly, it will be expressed as an effect. The magical supremacy of belief works over here.

Page 44: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

A believer unearths 100s of new opportunities even in the remotest

area.• The percentage of CYNICS is more than the

percentage of BELIEVERS.• Be a believer and have unshakable faith that

what you have transmitted is bound to come back to you sooner or later.

• You have done your duty and “HOW” is not your part!

Page 45: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

6. RECEIVE• Say loudly in First Person—

Present Tense that, ‘I receive’ the amount/salvation I asked. Receive what you have requested and feel good.

• Your need should not become your greed!

Page 46: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

7. THANK• Use First Person—Present Tense

and say loudly by becoming emotionally attached, ‘I thank’ whole heartedly for receiving the desired result from the Universal Intelligence.

• Be grateful i.e. Be great + full.

Page 47: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

PROCESS OF COMMUNICATION

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICAT

ION

Page 48: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Why are prayers not answered?

• Imagination or visualization is superior to knowledge.

• If you can’t hold the visualized image for a

long time and some fear or negative thought surfaces, you will achieve less success.

• Our prayers are not answered without visualization and belief.

Page 49: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Food for positive thoughts. As is the food, so is the mind. We are affected by the type of food we eat.

Page 50: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

• Greatest man is he who believes in moderation. Excess of everything is bad.

• Let your life rule your heart, not your heart rule your life and the life is about living healthier, but not longer:

• Remain busy. The busiest man has the greatest leisure.

• Learn ‘Art of living’. The purpose of life is not to die one day, but it may be the terminal point of life. On the other hand, the terrorists learn the ‘Art of dying’.

• Have firm believe, that there is always a power with you which is greater than all.

Page 51: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

• You will remain happy if you make others happy.• Surrender yourself to the Supreme power—the ultimate

truth.• Mind is your greatest friend as well as enemy, therefore, use

it properly.• Self help is the best help. Nobody can help you except your

subconscious mind.• Overcome the fear of comparisons.

• Do not think of failures. Success formula: A successful person always thinks big and acts in small steps.

• Green spaces can help you beat stress.• Improve your grades by drinking water before examinations.• DO NOT WASTE TIME SURFING INTERNET FOR A

LONG TIME: Avoid Internet Addiction Disorders (IAD).

Page 52: Seven Steps to Control Your Subconscious Mind

Newly coined terms and phrases for IAD

• IAD causes ‘text neck’ and ‘iPad shoulder.’• Information overloads • Info mania• Info anxiety • Info-glut• ‘Square eyes’ because of constantly looking at screens. • Info outburst or information explosion.• Brain overload.• Social isolation.• Sleep cycle disturbances.• Data smog.
