For a crime which I DID NOT COMMIT, while doing ministry in

the Philippines, in 2008, all of my professional musical equipment

that I have used to earn my only income for the past 14 years was

forcibly taken away from me and sequestered under lock and key,

leaving me destitute and stranded for seven years in the Philippines.

After being promised and waiting seven years for the release of all of

my ministry equipment, that on July 22, 2014 my sole livelihood was

then LEGALLY STOLEN from me in a FILIPINO COURT OF LAW.

Shocked by the outrageously wrong Court act, my attorney along

with the American Embassy was powerless to help. Being an

ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 1999, I have

safely taken my equipment to 21 nations without incident. But in

one fell swoop the wicked hand of the enemy Legally Stole and

snatched away my entire livelihood - all in one day!

All of which was forcibly taken from me happened only two

weeks after I had just became a newly married man for the first time

on August 12, 2008. Considering that my new wife already had six

young children; and that she was now pregnant with our first child

not leave the Philippines. Then on October 24, 2008 a warrant for my

arrest was issued for the felony crime of Estafa. Being the sole

attorney, and then wait upon the Lord.

This happened to me (a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ) all

because a long-time very good friend and Brother in Christ, whom I

trusted with my life, invited me to come to the Philippines and assist

him with his humanitarian project. For 22 months I served as the

administrative guest-worker for this mans Christian ministry

exclusively volunteering my time, talent and treasure, in exchange

only for room and board compensation.

But one day my very good friend and Team Leader TOLD ME to

sign my name on a Dear Sir notice for six months of overdue Team

Hotel expenses that was in the amount of $6,000.00. My friend

promised me that he would pay the Hotel bill on a following week.

But when the funds came for my friend to pay the hotel bill my friend

did not pay the bill. The Hotel (name not mentioned) became extremely

mad at me which resulted in Felony Charges being brought against

me as well a Warrant of Arrest. For seven years I begged my friend to

explain to the Hotel about the misunderstanding. But instead of

helping me, my friend only made empty promises that he will pay the

bill at a later time. The sad part about this whole ordeal is that for

the entire seven years my very good friend had all the money the

whole time by which to pay the Hotel bill. Moreover in the 22 months

that I worked for this mans ministry, my very good friend received

more than one million USD for him to pay all the expenses of his

humanitarian Project. My friend is a good man but because he acted

irresponsibly and knowingly did this terrible thing against me he got

terminal cancer of the throat. And in 2014 he died leaving me the yet

unpaid hotel bill. Shortly before my friend died the Lord had me meet

with him one final time, where I forgave him for acting irresponsible

and for causing all my work tools to be taken from me.

Because of the Felony Charge my entire lifes-ministry of

helping others was completely shattered. As well as ruining my

otherwise honorable name and good reputation. The only reason why

I did not surrender to authorities immediately was because as the

sole provider for my family my deep concern was that if I should be

put into prison how could I provide for my wife and seven children?

Music is my Life-calling having done Ministry in 21 nations for over 30 years. But it seemed that my lifetime musical career was

now somehow over. Penniless and living in abject poverty, my wife and our seven children have had absolutely nothing these past 7 years except for the hope that one day God would restore back to me all of the years of what the enemy stole (Joel 2:25). Even though I knew the maximum penalty if found guilty was 25 years in a Filipino prison, I maintained my innocence. Even when the Court Prosecutor warned me that my signature on a Dear Sir bill was sufficient evidence to convict me, and pleaded with me to settle the case still for seven years I maintained my complete innocence.

Believing that I would never be free from this False Felony Charge, one day Peter Kairuz president of The 700 Club Asia while taping the 700 Club raised up his hand and Prophesied, "SOMEONE WATCHING RIGHT NOW HAS BEEN WRONGLY AND FALSELY

ACCUSED OF A CRIME WHICH THEY DID NOT COMMIT." He continued

to add: "THE LORD IS VINDICATING YOU - NOW!" That WORD OF KNOWLEDGE which was given by Brother Peter Kairuz ultimately is what gave me the confidence and strength to boldly come forward and face my adversary. But as soon as I did that was only the beginning of a long, arduous and very costly Court Trial process.

After seven years of making empty promises on November 5, 2014 my very good friend died. But only shortly before admitting to the Court and to the Hotel on October 22, 2014 that the entire amount of the Hotel Bill belonged to him alone. Because the value of my equipment was comparable to the amount of the Hotel bill, that in lieu of paying the full amount of the bill, the wife of my very good friend made personal arrangements with the Hotel for the Hotel to keep all of my work tools and musical equipment in exchange for a Bill discount. And yes, in case you are wondering the Hotel still has all my musical equipment. Shortly after making those personal arrangements for the Hotel to keep all my musical equipment, the wife of my very good friend suffered a severe stroke. Justly, after seven years of Trial, the wife of the Team leader who also is a co-defendant was So Ordered by the Court to pay the entire bill.

And though it not easy, Jesus said we must forgive and pray for

those who have wrongfully and despitefully abused us. I have since

then forgiven my good friend, his wife and the Hotel for their willful

act against me. My very good friend at any time since 2008 could

have paid the entire Hotel bill. Or he could have at least explained to

the Hotel as to my innocence and handled the matter on his own.

But unfortunately my very good friend died knowing full well that he

had intentionally and willfully done this to me. And for seven years

his heart was hardened, never once apologizing or even saying sorry.

But did Jesus not say: COUNT THE COST! Even thought the

seven year Trial cost me everything both in Court and Attorney fees,

as well as in loss of all my possessions, the Lord promised me from

Scripture (2 Kings 8:1-6) beginning in 2015 that He will restore and

return back to me more than what the enemy had stolen during the

past seven years while I was living in bondage. In fact in verse 6 the

Lord said holds the answer to my situation. HELP IS ON THE WAY.

Now Elisha had said to the woman whose son he had restored to life,

Go away with your family and stay for a while wherever you can, because the LORD has decreed a famine in the land that will last seven years. 2 The woman proceeded to do as the man of God said. She and her family went away and stayed in the land of the Philistines seven years.

In the Bible there is only one Patriarch Joseph. But listed below are a few of the strong similarities between what happened in the life of Biblical Joseph and in the life of Modern-day Joseph Chaddock.

I offer these comparisons with a humble and sensitive heart.

Biblical Joseph

According to the story of the life of Biblical Joseph he had many unique God-purposed experiences in his life, which distinctly set him apart, to prepare him for his Divine Calling.

3. Biblical Joseph was vindicated of all wrong doing, and as a result in his faithfulness to the Lord he was promoted.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Joseph P. Chaddock is a different style of missionary who, in addition to hosting outreaches of love and compassion, has contributed programs that address many of our overwhelming social concerns today such as hunger, poverty and disease. He is the founder of WORLD STOREHOUSE; GLOBAL AIDS DAY; SAMARITAN HOPE and THE ORPHANS OF AIDS. All of which have provided humanitarian aid, food, water and shelter to some of the poorest people of more than 21 nations.

Joseph travels extensively throughout the world to speak at crusades, seminars and churches to testify HOW: Jesus Christ: the same yesterday, today and forever is the ONE solely responsible for his miraculous healing. Joseph is an international worship leader that frequently has prophetic words of encouragement of Musical Prayer. His MUSICAL PRAYER promotes an active demonstration of Faith which release healing streams over the body, soul and spirit. Previously treated for years for an acute kidney defect, Joseph had already undergone over 20 surgeries. But believing that his doctors had finally cured him, his health once again deteriorated when he was diagnosed as bi-polar, manic depressive and suicidal. But that was just the beginning of a myriad of many life-threatening diseases and much more pain.

In 1999 after Joseph was totally healed, he was ordained as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was then commissioned on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem, Israel. In 2004 he became an Associate Pastor for a large African Church, RCCG. He is a skilled writer who has authored numerous books including, BETWEEN HEAVEN AND HELL; UNVEILING THE DOMINION OF MAN; GOD AND YOU? - I FELL FROM THE BIG NUT TREE, JESUS CHRIST: THE EMPIRICAL MIRACLE and the popular novel: THE SOCIAL TERRORIST.
