Learn dimensional curved piecing. Annette created a design that looks very complex, yet is easy enough for any level of quilter to be successful.

All her quilts are developed from original designs. She likes both playing with designs and creating the pattern instructions. Most of her quilts, and especially her landscapes, are inspired by visual im-pressions of everyday life and nature.

Southwind Designs features original designs and patterns by Annette Ornelas, a German-born quilt artist, teacher and designer.
