This icon is located at the end of each line. You can delete an item whenever you like. When you create or modity an item, you have to save it by clicking on this icon. Chapitre 3Chapter 2.1 You are allowed to create a new item : objective, skill, mobility wish () Page 24 Terms For an objective: The weight of an objective The total has to be 100% in the global appraisal The % of achievement indicates the objective reached percentage Resource: human, technical () means The timeline: in month (0-12) Measurement: which criteria is used to evaluate if the objective is reached For a skill: Actual Level: by mutual agreement with your manager, indicate your actual level Required level for the job: identified with your manager Development area: indicate your needs in training, tutoring Chapter 4.2 Page 25 Objective level Chapter 4.3 Outstanding: >= 121% achieved Above average: between 106% and 120% Satisfactory: between 86% and 105% Below average: between 71% and 85% Does not meet requirements: between 1% and 70% Not Applicable: 0 Page 26 Skills level Level 5 = Referent Level 4 = Shows systematically Level 3 = Shows regularly Level 2 = Shows partially Level 1 = Uses seldom Level 0 = Not applicable Chapter 4.4
