ZUMBA CLASSES

Zumba classes will resume Tuesday, October 9th, 8-9pm in the Social Hall, however there will be no class on Tuesday, October 16th. This women-only class is open to the community. Licensed instructors, Mandi Lowenstein, Rachel Falk and Shani Malka, will lead a fun filled hour of dance. $8 per class. All levels welcome even if you have never taken a Zumba class before. Payment accepted via PayPal or at the door. Direct payment and questions to [email protected].

Bikur Cholim of Greater Washington has also announced the opening of a kosher Bikur Cholim room on Holy Cross Hospital’s Silver Spring campus.
