HOW TO QUALIFY : Achieve and fulfill all conference points requirement as stipulated above.

Points will be awarded only to effective business leaders (Supervisor Rank and above)

This will be a 13-month qualification incentive programme to align with the Company’s financial year which starts in the month of April.

CONFERENCE POINTS REQUIREMENT CALCULATIONS :

• Every 300PGUV excluding new enrollment PGUV = 1 Point

• Every New Enrollment with purchase of 200PUV = 1 Point (Points can be earned with multiplying of 200PUV applicable to single distributorship, excluding new business leader breakout)

• Each time you break out your downline Business Leader = 20 Points • Consistency Point: - Be effective at Coordinator rank and above for 4 consecutive months during the qualification period, earn extra 10% points on the points earned on effective rank points

• Develop a New Coordinator : = 80 Points - Develop a new Coordinator and the new Coordinator needs to be effective at appointed rank or move up to higher rank in the next three consecutive months during qualifying period.

- INTERNATIONAL INCENTIVE TRIP - Additional 910 points each - NATIONAL INCENTIVE TRIP - Additional 350 points each

• Husband & Wife Distributorship : - Registered Spouse – To qualify 85% of your Points Requirement. - For Muslim distributor with more than one spouse: • 1st spouse - To qualify 85% of your Points Requirement • Subsequent spouse – To qualify 100% of your Points Requirement - Non-Registered spouse must qualify 100% of your Points Requirement - Children aged 4-17 years old - To qualify 85% of your Points Requirement - Children aged 18 years old & above - To qualify 100% of your Points Requirement - Parent(s) or Parent(s) in-law must qualify 100% of your Points Requirement

• Single Distributor : - Sibling (s) and Parent(s) must qualify 100% of your Points Requirement

REGISTRATION FORM :Once you have fulfilled the Conference points requirements for any of the 2016/2017 Shaklee Incentive trip, a registration form will be issued to you. Fill in the registration form and submit before the due date specified by Shaklee. If a qualifier does not submit the form by the due date, he/she will not be able participate in the incentive trip and no compensation in the form of cash or future incentive trip (s) would be accorded to him/her. No change in name of participant or request for Deviation/Extension will be entertained after the due date specified by Shaklee.Only registered Shaklee distributor is eligible to participate in the incentive trip program. In the event that a non-registered Shaklee distributor is found to have participated in the incentive trip program, Shaklee Products (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. has the right to exclude the non-registered Shaklee distributor from participating the incentive trip. Shaklee Products (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse your participation in the following incentive trip(s).

TRANSFER OF CONFERENCE POINTS :Shaklee Incentive trips are exclusively accorded to business leaders who fulfill the conference points requirements in good standing. In the event a qualifier is unable to attend any of the incentive trips, the qualifier needs to submit a written request to transfer his/her earned conference points with a valid reason attached but subject to approval by the Management of Shaklee Products (M) Sdn Bhd. Upon approval, he/she will be allowed to nominate the following person in his/her absence:

In the event a qualifier is unable to participate in any of the incentive trip, he/she will NOT be allowed to:• Appoint a representative (other than stated in 1-3 above or transfer the conference points to the subsequent year or seek for any form of compensation in lieu of the unutilized accumulated conference points.• Appeal for pro-rated qualifications or buy–up for non-qualifiers to attend the incentive trip.• Appeal for buy-in or pay for the pro-rated difference of the conference points to attend additional incentive trip other than the incentive trip for which he/she qualifies.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

• Accompanying Children - Children accompanying their parents must not be below 4 years old during the traveling date.

• Compulsory Participation - Participants and their accompanying spouse/children/parents/sibling are to take part in all conference/ incentive trip program and activities, including the business sessions (if any)

• Deviation/Extension- Deviation during the trip is strictly prohibited. Deviation/Extension after the trip, however will be considered only on case-by-case basis and subjected to an administrative charge of RM150 per pax. Any request must be clearly stated on the registration Form. Last minute request will not be entertained

• Entry/ExitRejection-Shaklee will not be responsible or be liable, in any way, for any entry/exit refusal by the Malaysia Immigration, or any Government Authorities or Airline Companies and their counterparts abroad.

• Medical Information - Participants are to provide Shaklee with information concerning their state of health. In case of chronic health problems, including pregnancies and confinements, participants are required to get medical clearance from their doctors to certify that they are fit to travel.

• Travel Schedule - Change in travel schedule are possible due to unforeseen circumstances such as non- availability of airline seats, hotel accommodation, political situation, climatic conditions and other acts of God.

• Travel Arrangements - Travel arrangements are ex - KLIA, where participant will meet at KLIA for departure for the Incentive trips destination.

• AccommodationArrangement -All participants are to reside at the accommodation provided by Shaklee. Hotel accommodation based on prior rooming arrangement shall be on a twin- sharing basis. Under special circumstances, triple sharing may apply. Children are to share the same hotel accommodation with their parents.

• Insurance & Personal Indemnity - It is deemed compulsory for all participants to arrange for insurance coverage for themselves. Before departure, all participants are required to submit a signed Letter of Indemnity to Shaklee on possible accident, injuries etc. • Change-Shaklee reserved the right to change the rules and/or terms & conditions of the incentive trips, venue, hotel, programs and schedules if the need arise. Shaklee also reserve the right to invite only qualifiers who are in good standing with the Company, and who do not breach the Conference Rules & Regulations and/or the Privilege & Responsibilities (P&R).
