Shaping Our Future thru Collective Impact
The SIA board’s direction to the organization is to create and demonstrate a sustainable, measurable, evidence-based change in society (increased) by working together, as a team (collective), through programs that will empower women and girls to take control of their lives to improve their socio-economic status, and live their dreams of a better life (impact). This is what our new direction, Increased Collective Impact, stands for.
