Merry Christmas, New Beginnings,

As we approach the end of our Love Offering

campaign, I would ask that each of you reflect on all

the wonderful things our church staff does for us. So

many times we forget to say thank you to those that

work so hard to keep our church running smoothly.

December 10th

will be the last Sunday to donate to

our Christmas Love Offering. Please remember our

incredible staff and all they do throughout

the year as you make your donation for their

Christmas.

Please mark all donations “Staff Love Offering”.

Blessings,

Camp Week at Asbury Hills NBUMC Camp Week at Asbury Hills will be June 10-15th, 2018. If you register before Dec. 31st you get 2017 prices. It requires a $50 deposit to register. The church will supplement the cost of camp with $200 per camper on a first come, first served basis.

Follow these steps to register:

Go to www.asburyhills.org

1. Log into your account from last year or if you are

new, create an account.

2. Click on Summer Camp

3. Choose CORE CAMP June 10th-15

th ( Elementary

level ( 2-5) Junior High Level ( 6-8)

4. Complete all the forms for each camper. It re-

quires dates of immunizations. You may also re-quest a roommate for your child at this time. ( I work with the camp after registration is complete to make sure kids from our church are placed together)

5. Complete payment options - in my opinion the

automatic draft for each month is the easiest. Go ahead and add $10 to the camp store so you don’t have to worry about it later. Email your confirmation to Joy Garner, so she can add you to the supplement list to be sent in February.
