BYLAWSOFSHASHAMANEETHIOPIAFEDERALAGENTSASSOCIATION(THE)

ARTICLEINAME,AIMSANDOBJECTS:

Section1.ThenameofthisorganizationshallbetheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,andregisteredwiththeInternalRevenueServiceasa501(c)nonprofitcorporation.Section2.TheaimsandobjectsoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbe:(a).TopromoteloveandgoodwillamongEthiopiansathomeandabroadandtherebytomaintaintheintegrityandsovereigntyofEthiopia,todisseminatetheancientEthiopiancultureamongitsmembers,tocorrectabuses,relieveoppressionandcarveforourselvesandourposterity,adestinycomparablewithourideaofperfectmanhoodandGod'spurposeincreatingusthatwemaynotonlysaveourselvesfromannihilation,butcarveforourselvesaplaceintheSuninthisendeavor,wedeterminetoseekpeaceandpursueit,foritisthewillofGodforman.(b).Topromoteandpursuehappinessforitisthegoalofhumanlifeandendeavor.(c).TousherintheteachingandpracticeoftheFatherhoodofGodandthebrotherhoodofman.(d).Topromoteandstimulateinterestamongitsmembersinworldaffairs,andtocultivateaspiritofinternationalgoodwillandcomity.(e).Topromotefriendlyinterestamongitsmembers,todevelopafraternalspiritamongthemandtoinculcateinitsmembersthedesiretorendervoluntaryaidandassistancetooneanotheratalltimes.

(f).Torendervoluntaryaidandprotectiontoitsmembers,withoutfeeorchargeforthewheninneed.And,ifnecessary,toprovideandcareforrefugeesanddisabledvictimsoftheItalioEthiopianWar.(g).Togiveconcretematerialandvoluntaryaidwithoutfeeorchargeforthesame,toallsuchrefugeesanddisabledvictimsandtoraisefundsbyvoluntarysubscriptionforthepurposesaforementioned.Thereshallbenocharge,fee,beneficiarytaxorotherassessmentuponthemembersoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,exceptfordues,providedforintheConstitutionandByLawsoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.(h).ToencourageitsmemberstodevelopinterestandprideinDemocraticinstitutionsandtopromoteDemocraticprinciplesandideals.MayGodhelpustoaccomplishtheseaimsandideals.(i).ShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociationisthenationalsecurityandlawenforcementagencyforShashamaneLandGrantThisSovereignNationintheCountryofEthiopiaandinthecontinentofAfrica.(j).GovernmentTopSecretSecurityClearanceforactiveandformermembers.(k).ShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociationistheSecurityIntelligenceandDefenseDepartmentoftheEthiopianWorldFederation,Incorporated,ToprotecttheintegrityandSovereigntyoftheConstitutionandByLawsoftheEthiopianWorldFederation,IncorporatedinEthiopiaandabroad.(l).ShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociationisthenationalsecurityandlawenforcementagencytoprotectthesovereigntyoftheLandGrantofShashamaneinEthiopia,forEthiopianWorldFederation,IncorporatedinthetimeofEmergency,orintheabsenceofLandGrantAdministratorandallactivities.(m).ToSecuretheSovereigntyandIntegrityofShashamaneLandGrantinEthiopia.(n).LegalServicesforactiveandformermembersofanationalsecurityandlawenforcementagency.,LegalServicesrecapturringofbailbondfugitivesfromjusticeandtheirreturntothe

custodyofofficialpolicingagenciesonthebehalfofthesuretyagent/bailbondsmanwhopostedsaidbond.(o).TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociationExecutiveanddignitaryprotection.(p).PromotingtheinterestsofactiveandformermembersofanationalsecurityandlawenforcementagencyinthefieldsoflegislationandregulationInternaladvocacyforactiveandformermembersofanationalsecurityandlawenforcementagency.(q).Providingfinancialassistancetoactiveandformermembersofanationalsecurityandlawenforcement.(r).PromotingPublicAwarenessspecificallytochildrenintheuseofwirelessphonesinEmergencysituations.Section3.Scope: TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbeInternationalinscope.Section4.Headquarters:TheHeadquartersoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbeintheCityofNewYork,NewYork,UnitedStatesofAmerica.Section5.Colors:TheofficialColorsoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociationshallbethesameastheNationalColorsofEthiopiaGreen,GoldandRed.Section6.EligibilitytoOffice: Maleandfemaleshallbeequallyeligibletoalloffices.Section7.NonPartisanCharacter:TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbenonpartisanandnonpoliticalincharacter,butincaseswherepartisan,political,orotherissuestendtoaffecttheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,adverselyinthecarryingoutofitsaimsandobjects,itshallbefreetocombatsuchissueswiththebestlegalmeansatitsdisposal.

ARTICLEIIMEMBERSHIP

Section1.TheMembershipshallcomprisetheBLACKPEOPLESoftheworld.

Section2.APPLICATION:ApplicationforMembershipmustbeinwriting.Section3.Rejection:TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.shallhavetherighttorejectanyapplicationformembershipincludingreason.Section4.Joiningfees:TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallhavetherighttofixajoiningfee.ThereshallbeajoiningfeeofOneDollar(U.S.$1:00).However,TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,throughitsExecutiveCouncil,shallhavetherighttograntspecialdispensationtocertainareasandtoadjustthisfeetosuittheconditionsthereof,provided,however,thatinnoareatheamounteffectedbythedispensationshallexceedOneDollar(U.S.$1.00).Section5.Dues:TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallhavetherighttoestablishmembershipdues.TheMembershipduesshallbetencents(U.S.$.10)perweek.TheseduesshallberemittedtotheHeadquarters.

(g).ChaplainSection2.ExecutiveCouncil.ThereshallbeanExecutiveCouncilcomposedofelectedInternationalOfficers,togetherwiththese(3)additionalelectedbytheconvention.Section3.DutiesofInternationalOfficers:(a).TheInternationalPresidentshallbetheexecutiveheadoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,andresideintheCityofNewYork.ItshallbethedutyoftheInternationalPresidenttopresideattheInternationalConventionsandtodeliveranaddressontheStateoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.HeshallsignalllegaldocumentsandbechairmantotheInternationalExecutiveCouncil.ItshallbehisdutytocallConventionsasappointedbylaw,andincasesofemergency,byandwiththeconsentoftheExecutiveCouncil,callspecialconventions.(b).TheFirstInternationalVicePresidentshallresideintheCityofNewYorkandshallassumethedutiesoftheInternationalPresidentinhisabsencesorwhenrequestedtodosobyhim.(c).SecondInternationalVicePresident:The2ndInternationalVicePresidentshallperformthedutiesoftheFirstVicePresidentinhisabsencesandshallassisttheFirstVicePresidentintheperformanceofsuchdutiesasmaybeassignedtohimbythePresidentIncaseofdeathorpermanentdisabilityoftheFirstVicePresident.TheInternationalExecutiveHeadtoserveuntilthenextgeneralelection.(d).ExecutiveSecretary:TheExecutiveSecretaryshallhavechargeofthemainofficeoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,andshallbeheldresponsible(e).Treasurer:ItshallbethedutyoftheInternationalTreasurertoreceiveallmoniesfromExecutiveSecretary.Heshall,inconjunctionswithothermembersoftheBankingCommittee,depositallamountsofmoneyinthebankorbanksdesignatedbytheExecutiveCouncilatalltimes.HeshallissuebeopentoinspectionbytheExecutiveCouncilatalltimes.Heshallissuereceiptsallmoniesreceivedbyhimfortheorganization.HeshallpayoutmoniesuponorderoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociationonly.Heshallbebondedbyareliable

suretycompany.Thepremiumforsuchabondshallbepaidbytheorganization.HeshallbeamemberoftheExecutiveCouncil.(f).InternationalOrganizer:ItshallbethedutyoftheInternationalOrganizertoorganizelocals,tosuperviselocalsalreadyestablishedandtokeeptheingoodworkingorder.HeshallalsoperformsuchotherdutiesasmaybeassignedtohimbytheExecutiveCouncil.HeshallkeeptheHeadquartersinformedofhisactivitiesfromweektoweekandheshallsubmitamonthlyreport.(f).Absence:Anyofficerabsentinghimselffromthree(3)successivemeetingsandfailingtosubmitsufficientreasonforhisabsence,thisofficemaybedeclaredvacantbytheExecutiveCouncil.(g).Section4.TheExecutiveCounciloftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,andshallinstructlocalsfromtimetotimeonmattersnothereinmentioned.AllquestionsofprocedurenotspecificallymentionedinthisConstitutionshallbegovernedbyRobert'sManualofParliamentaryProcedure.

ARTICLEIVCONVENTIONS,ELECTIONS,INSTALLATIONS,SPECIALAUTHORITIES,MEETINGS

Section1.Conventions:ThereshallbeanannualConventionoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.ItshallbecalledonthesixteenthdayofJuly.TheConventionshallselecttheplaceofmeetingofthesucceedingConvention.Section2.DelegatestotheConventions:EachlocalshallbeentitledtorepresentationinConventionbydelegates.Thereshallbeonedelegateforeach25membersuptoonehundred,andforeachadditionalonehundredmembersorpartthereof,oneadditionaldelegate.Onethird(1/3)ofthenumberofdutyaccrediteddelegatestoanyConventionshallconstituteaquorumattheConvention.Section3.Elections:TheelectionofallinternationalofficersshalltakeplaceduringtheConvention.Theelectionshallbebyballot.AlllocalsshallholdtheirelectionduringthefirsttwoweeksinDecember.

Section4.TermofOffice:Allofficers,internationalandlocal,shallbeelectedforatermoffouryears.Section5.Installation:TheinstallationofelectedinternationalofficersshallbeheldonadateprecedingtheclosingoftheConvention.TheinstallationofofficersoflocalsshallbeatthefirstregularmeetinginJanuaryfollowingtheelection.Section6.Uniforms:TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentAssociation,shallhavetherighttodecideonthekindofuniforms,ifany,tobewornduringparadesandConventions.Section7.SpecialAuthorities:TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentAssociation,shallhavetherighttoConductcriminalinvestigations,executesearchwarrants,carryfirearms,makearrests,filechargesandhavelegalauthoritytocarryoutextraterritoriallawenforcementactivities.TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociationarrestauthoritypowersweregrantedby:HisImperialMajesty(HIM)TheEmperorofEthiopia,todefend,protectandensuretheSovereigntyofShashamaneLandGrantinEthiopiafromDomesticandInternationalTerroristOrganizationsandGroups.TheseSpecialAuthoritiesshallnotbeamendedunderanycircumstancesincontrastwithTheConstitutionandByLawsofTheUnitedStatesofAmericaandTheRepublicanStateofCalifornia.LawsbetweentheUnitedStatesofAmericaandtheEthiopianTreatyprotect,defendandensurethewillsetforthbyHISIMPERIALMAJESTY(HIM),andwillcombineforcesunderAuthoritativeorderstosecuretheShashamaneLandGrantanditsinhabitantsperpetually.Section8.Meetings:Itshallbewithinthediscretionofanylocaltoholditsmeetingsasoftenasdesired,provided,however,thattheyshallbeheldregular.Section9.Ninemembersingoodstandingshallconstituteaquorumforthetransactionofbusinessinthelocal.

ARTICLEVLOCALS

Section1.

(a).ThefirstunitoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,intheCityofNewYorkshallbeknownasSEFAA1.(b).ThedulyelectedofficersofLocalNo.IshallbetheInternationalOfficers,exceptthePresident,untilaConventioniscalledandInternationalOfficersaredulyelected.Section2.(a).TherighttoissuechartersisvestedintheExecutiveCouncil.(b).TherighttorevokechartersisvestedintheExecutiveCouncil.

ARTICLEVIESTABLISHMENTOFLOCALS

Section1.(a).Anytwentyfive(25)personsormore,desirousofformingalocal,shallapplytotheExecutiveCouncilforacharter.(b).ThefeeforthischartershallbeTen($10.00)Dollars.Section2.TheofficersofeachlocaloftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbe:President,FirstVicePresident,SecondVicePresidents,Treasurer,FinancialSecretary,RecordingCorrespondingSecretary,Chaplain,SergeantatArms.Section3.EachlocalshallestablishanExecutiveCommittee.ThisExecutiveCommitteeshallbecomposedofthePresident,FirstVicePresident,SecondVicePresident,Treasurer,FinancialSecretary,RecordingCorrespondingSecretary,Chaplain,SergeantatArmsandthethree(3)othermemberselectedbythelocal.Section4.DutiesofofficersLocals:(a)President:ThePresidentshallpresideatallmeetings,signalldocumentsofthelocalandappointallcommitteesandunits.ThePresidentshallhavepowertocallspecialmeetingsinthe

generalinterestoftheorganizationwheneverhedeemsitnecessary.ThePresidentshallbeexofficialmemberofallcommittees.(b)VicePresident:ItshallbethedutyoftheVicePresidents,intheirordertopresideatregularmeetingsintheabsenceofthePresidentorwheneverrequestedtodosobyhimorher.(c)Treasurer:ItshallbethedutyoftheTreasurertoreceivefromtheFinancialSecretaryallmoniesbelongingtothelocalgivingavoucherforsame,andshalldepositorcausetobedeposited,twentyfourhoursafteritsreceipt,suchmoniesinabankorbanksselectedbytheExecutiveCommittee.HeshallpayoutmoniesonorderoftheExecutiveCommitteeonly.Heshallmakeamonthlyreporttothelocalonablankprovidedforthepurpose,submittingacertifiedcopytotheHeadquarters.Heshallbebonded.(d)FinancialSecretary:ItshallbethedutyoftheFinancialSecretarytoreceiveallmoniesfromsubscriptions,dues,contributions,ralliesandspecialeffortsfromthemembersofthelocal,andfromallothersources,giveareceiptandkeepanaccuraterecordthereof.HeshallturnoverallsuchmoniestotheTreasureratthecloseofeachmeetingandshalldemandavouchertherefor.Heshallbebonded.ThebooksoftheFinancialSecretaryshallbeopentotheExecutiveCommitteeofthelocalortoanypersonauthorizedbysaidcommitteetoexaminethem.TheFinancialSecretaryshallberequiredtocollaboratewiththeRecordingCorrespondingSecretaryandshall,onrequest,givesuchinformationasmayberequiredbytheRecordingCorrespondingSecretaryofentriesorrecordsmadeinhisbooks.TheFinancialSecretaryshallmakeamonthlyreporttothelocalonablankprovidedforthepurpose,submittingasignedcopytotheHeadquarters.(e)RecordingCorrespondingSecretary:ItshallbethedutyoftheRecordingCorrespondingSecretarytokeepacorrectrecordoftheminutesandproceedingsoftheregularmeetings.Heshallkeepacorrectlistofthemembersofthelocal.HeshallberequiredtocollaboratewiththeFinancialSecretaryandshallonrequestgivesuchinformationasmayberequiredbytheFinancialSecretaryofentriesorrecordsmadeinhisbooks.Heshallkeeponfileallreportsandcommunications.Heshallaffixhissignature,togetherwiththesealofthelocal,toalldocuments.Heshallkeepthesealofthelocalunderhispersonalsupervision.Heshallreadallreportsandminutesofpreviousmeetings.HeshallbeamemberoftheExecutiveCommitteeofthelocal.TheRecordingCorrespondingSecretaryshallhavechargeofallbooks,literature,flags,buttons,stampsandallsalablearticlesofthelocalandshallturnovertheproceedsfromthesalethereoftotheFinancialSecretary.(f)Chaplain:ItshallbethedutyoftheChaplaintoopenandcloseeverymeetingofthelocalwithprayerandtoministertothespiritualneedsofthemembers.Heshallberesponsible.forthe

moraltonepervadingthelocal.HeshalltransmittothelocalsuchinstructionsandliteratureasshallbesenttohimfromtimetotimebytheInternationalChaplain.HeshallbeamemberofthelocalcommitteeonComplaintsandGrievancesandoftheSickCommittee.(g)SergeantatArms:TheSergeantatArmsshallattendallmeetingsofthelocalandseethatthemeetingroomisinorder.Heshallattendatthedoorofthemeetingroom,preventtheadmissionofanypersonwhoisnotentitledtoadmission,orwhoseconductisunbecomingandwheninstructedbythePresident,shallremovefromthemeetingroomanypersonwhoseconductisnotinkeepingwithgoodorderanddiscipline.HeshallperformanyandallsuchotherdutiespertainingtohisofficeasmightberequiredofhimbythePresident.

StandingCommittees:Thefollowingcommitteesshallbeestablished:Section1.Banking.Membership,Education,Publicity,Sick,Ways&Means,Information,Auditing,Complaints&Grievances,HouseCommitteeandsuchothercommitteesasshallfromtimetotimebecomenecessaryprovidedthatsuchcommitteesareapprovedbytheInternationalExecutiveCouncil.(a).BankingCommittee:ThereshallbeaBankingCommitteecomposedofthePresident,Treasurerandthree(3)othermemberselectedfromthebody.ItshallbethedutyoftheBankingCommitteetokeepacheckonthedepositsandwithdrawalsbytheTreasurerandtoassisthiminanywayhedesires.ItshallhaveaccesstothebankbooksheldbytheTreasurerandmayfromtimetotimecheckwithhim,hisbankaccountsandfinancialdealings.(b).Membership:ItshallbethedutyoftheMembershipCommitteetodeviseplanstoincreasethemembershipofthelocaltovisitdelinquentmemberstoencouragetheirattendanceatthemeetingsandencouragetheminthefullperformanceoftheirduties.(c).Education:ItshallbethedutyoftheCommitteeonEducationtoprovidefortheuseofthemembers,books,papers,magazinesandallhistoricalandculturalmaterialandliteraturetouchingracialquestionsaswellaspolitical,economic,social,health,agriculturalandother

matterswhichwillaidinthebettermentofBlackPeoplesandhumanityingeneral.Thiscommitteeshallfromtimetotimeplanandconducteducationalprograms.(d).PublicityCommittee:ItshallbethedutyoftheCommitteeonPublicitytokeepbeforethepublictheaimsandobjectsoftheorganizationandtheworkofthelocal.Itshallendeavortopublicizeitsactivities.ItshallberesponsibleforthedistributionoftheofficialorganoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.(e).SickCommittee:ItshallbethedutyoftheSickCommitteetokeepalistofthesickmemberstovisitthemregularlyandtoencouragethegeneralmembershiptodoso.Itshallevinceagenuineinterestinthesickmembers,doingallinitspowertoaidandcomfortthem.ItshallraisefundsfortheirfinancialassistancethesefundsshallbedepositedwiththeTreasurerofthelocalandkeptbyhiminaseparateaccount.ThecommitteeshallrecommendtotheExecutiveCommitteethenatureandamountoftheaidthatmaybegiven.(f).WaysandMeans:ItshallbethedutyoftheWaysandMeanscommitteetodeviseplansforraisingmoneytoconductthebusinessofthelocal.(g).InformationCommittee:ItshallbethedutyoftheCommitteeonInformationtogatherinformationforthegeneralwelfareoftheFederation.(h).AuditingCommittee:ThereshallbeanAuditingCommitteeofthree(3)members.ItshallbethedutyoftheAuditingCommitteetomakeanauditofthebooksofthelocalandsubmititsreporttothelocalwithasignedcopyofthereporttotheHeadquartersquarterly.TheExecutiveCommitteeshallbeempoweredtodemandanauditatanytime.NomemberoftheExecutiveCommitteeshallserveontheAuditingCommittee.(i).HouseCommittee:TheHouseCommitteeshallhavechargeofthebuildingandallotherphysicalpropertybelongingtothelocal.Theyshallseetoitthatthesearekeptinproperorderandrepairedandshallpreparethehouseformeetings.Theyshallmakeamonthlyinventoryofallphysicalproperty.(j).ComplaintsandGrievancesCommittee:Anymemberhavingcomplaintsorgrievancesaffectingtheorganizationoranymemberthereof,shallsubmitthesametotheCommitteeonComplaintsandGrievances.TheCommitteeshallhearallcomplaintsandgrievancessubmittedtoitandshallmakeadeterminedefforttosettleincommittee,alldifferences.Failingtoeffectasettlement,themattershallbepresentedbySecretaryofthecommitteetotheExecutiveCommitteeofthelocal.Itshallreviewtheentirecase.ThepartyfailingtoabidebythedecisionoftheExecutiveCommitteeshallhavetherightofappealtotheExecutiveCounciloftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.ThedecisionoftheExecutiveCouncilshallbefinal.

ARTICLEVIII

IMPEACHMENTOFANOFFICERWheneveranofficerofanylocalshallpracticemalfeasanceinoffice,orshallconducthimselfinamannerunbecominganofficer,heshallbeimpeached.AnymemberoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,ingoodstandingmaypresentchargesagainstanofficer.Chargesshallbeinwritingwheneverachargeispreferredagainstanofficer,itshallfirstbepresentedtotheCommitteeonComplaintsandGrievances.ThisCommitteeshallhearandexaminetheevidenceimmediatelyuponpresentationofthecharges.Shouldtheevidencebefoundinsufficienttowarrantatrial,theCommitteeonComplaintsandGrievances,shall,bymajorityvote,dismissthecharges.Shouldtheevidencewarrantatrial,thecommitteeshallrecommendtothePresidentsuspensionoftheofficer.ThePresidentshallsuspendtheofficer,pendingtrial.ShouldtheofficerchargedbethePresident,anyrecommendationsforhissuspensionshallbemadetotheFirstVicePresident.TheCommitteeonComplaintsandGrievances,ifitfindsthatatrialiswarranted,shallsubmitthechargestotheExecutiveCommitteewithintwentyfourhours.TheExecutiveCommitteeofthelocalshallhearthesechargesandontheevidencesubmittedonbothsidesrenderafairdecision.ThedefendantshallhavetherightofappealtotheExecutiveCounciloftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.ThedecisionoftheExecutiveCouncilshallbefinal.

ARTICLEIXUNITS

Section1.Aunitisagroupwithinalocal,whichisrequiredtoperformcertainspecializeddutiesortask.Thepersonnelofallunits,appointedbythepresident,shallbesubjecttotheapprovaloftheExecutiveCommittee.(a).Medical:TheMedicalUnitshallconstitutepersonswhoaremembersofthemedical,dental,pharmaceuticalandnursingprofession.Itshallbetheirdutytogiveinstructions,lecturesandgeneralinformationonhealthandothertopicsaffectingthewellbeingofthemembership.Theyshallgivetoanygroupdesiringtraining,instructioninfirstaid,hygieneandpreventivemedicinalalternatives.Thelocalfailingtoincludeanyoftheabovenamedprofessionalpersonsinitsmembershipshallformamedicalunitamongthelaymembers.Thisunitshallinvitesuchmembersoftheabovenamedprofessionsasareavailabletoconductclassesandgiveinstructioninthesubjectsaforementioned.

(b).Musical:EverylocalshallhavetherighttosetupaMusicalUnit.Thisunitshallconsistofaband.orchestraandachoir.Eachdepartmentshallhaveitsownmusicaldirector.Themusicaldirectorsshallbequalifiedmusicians.(c).Juvenile:EverylocalshallhavetherighttosetupaJuvenileDepartmentandtodetermineitsfunctions.(d).Women'sAuxiliary:EachlocalshallhavetherighttoestablishaWomen'sAuxiliary.ItshallbethedutyoftheWomen'sAuxiliarytoraisefundstobeusedfortheexpenseofdelegatestotheConvention,toprovideforthecare,keepandcomfortofinternationalofficersvisitingthelocalonbusiness,andforanyotherbusinesswhichtheExecutiveCommitteeshalldecide.

ARTICLEXBENEFITS

Section1.Benefits:AllfinancialmembersoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbeentitledtothebenefitshereaftermentioned:(a).AllapplicationsforhelpshallbereferredtotheSickCommittee,whichmayrecommendaidaccordingtothecircumstancesofthecase.(b).TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallattempttomakeorfindemploymentforitsmemberswhomakeapplicationforsuchemployment.(b).TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbeentitledtoMutualBenefits.(c).Death:TheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallestablishaburialfundeachmemberoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,inordertoobtainthebenefitsofthisburialfundshallhavesubscribedtothefundforatleastone(1)yearandshallbeingoodfinancialstandingintheorganization.Thesubscriptiontotheburialfundshallbe$.25permonth.Uponconclusiveproofofdeath,theShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallsubscribefromthisfundthesumofOneHundred($100.00)Dollarstowardsthefuneralexpenseofthedeceased.AnymemberwhofailstosubscribetotheburialfundforthreemonthsshallbeunfinancialinthisfundandshallnotbeentitledtothebenefitsofthisfundAnymemberwhoisunfinancialintheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,shallbeclassifiedasunfinancialintheburialfund.TheFinancialSecretaryofthelocalshallcollectfromeachmembermonthlythesubscriptiontotheburialfund.

ARTICLEXIOBSERVANCEOFNATIONALHOLIDAYS

TheConstitutionmaybeamendedbythefollowingprocedure:1.NoticesettingforthacopyoftheproposedamendmentshallbesubmittedataregularConventionandshallrequireamajorityvoteforendorsementTheConvention,shallsetatimelimitnotexceedingone(l)yearwithinwhicheachlocalshallvoteupontheproposedamendmentTheExecutiveSecretaryshalltransmitanofficialtranscriptoftheendorsedamendmenttoeachlocal.Amajorityvoteineachlocalshalldeterminethevoteofthelocal.Theamendmentshallbedeclaredratifiedwhenthreefourthsofthetotalnumberoflocalsshallhavevotedaffirmativelyfortheproposedamendment.

Section2.MonthlyReports.AlllocalsmustsendmonthlyreportsandreturnstotheHeadquarters.Section3.NamesandAddressesofOfficers.ThenamesandaddressesoftheofficersofalllocalsmustbefiledatHeadquarters.Itisthedutyofthelocaltosendthisinformationtotheheadquarterswithintendaysfromthedateofelection.Section4.TimeandPlaceofRegularMeetings.AlllocalsshallinformtheHeadquartersoftheirtimeandplaceofregularmeetings.Section5.OathofOffice.EachelectedofficershalltakethefollowingOathofOfficebeforeheisinstalled:Section6.AdmissionofNewMembers.Section7.AppointmentofCommittees.ThePresidentshallappointthechairmanandmembersofallcommittees,exceptincaseswhereprovisionismadeintheConstitutionforelectionofmemberstoanycommittee.Section8.RemovalofOfficers.ThePresidentshallhavetherighttoremoveanyofficerfromanappointiveoffice.Section9.Allmembers,committees,andunitsmustsubmittheirsuggestions,recommendations,findings,andreportstotheExecutiveCommitteeforitsapproval,beforesuchsuggestions,recommendations,findingsandreportsshallbepresentedtothegeneralbodyofthelocal.Section10.ApplicationforCharter.AllapplicationsforchartersshallbemadetotheExecutiveCounciloftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,onprescribedApplicationForms.TheseformscanbeobtainedfromtheHeadquartersuponrequest.

Section11.NoofficerormembershalldiscussthebusinessoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation,inpublicorwithanypersonorpersonswhoarenotactivemembersoftheShashamaneEthiopiaFederalAgentsAssociation.Section12.ExpenseofDelegates.EachlocalshallbeartheexpensesofitsowndelegatesandshouldincaseitisfoundnecessaryfortheExecutiveCounciltosendaspecialdelegateordelegatestoanylocal,thatlocalmayberequiredtopaytheexpensesofthedelegateordelegates.
