Shed 25 follows on from the successful conversion and
sales of all units at Sheds 26 and 27: twelve offices ranging
in size from 1,800 to 2,200 sqft were sold or let within
a few weeks on release in 2007.

Shed 25 is an historic B Listed single storey •
brick and timber clad railway shed.
The surrounding quay walls and iron
bollards/ rings and other iron dock items are
all Grade A listed.
The shed has been extended over time to •
form approximately. 25x85m rectangular open
plan enclosure with has a combination of
decorative iron columns and cast iron trusses
with engineering brick gable and side walls.
The buildings large existing openings have
sandstone quoins and copings. The dock side
part of the building is the one of the oldest
examples in Scotland.
All design work and completed works will meet •
current Building Regulation requirements and
British Standards where applicable.
The converted development will be fully •
