Ohio State University Extension Teaches; Introduction To G.A.P. OSU Extension will conduct a special introductory session regarding G.A.P.; Good Agriculture Practices. Come learn how G.A.P. certification can benefit local growers and safeguard their food products from disease and contaminates. Several one hour introductory sessions will be conducted that will provide answers to myths regarding certification and bring local growers a functional understanding about G.A.P. accountability.
