2. We trained Health worker on clubfoot deformity.

3. We attended and participated several meeting in district/ Upazila level, that organized by Relevant Local Health Authority.

4. We Participated NGO coordination meeting.5. We discussed our service information among

with students. 6. We attended NGO Coordination meeting, that

organized by Deputy Commissioner Office.7. We meet and communicate Hospital & doctors,

Nurse by rotation and times. 8. We distributed lots of different kinds A&E

materials for publicity and awareness.

Initiative will be taken 1. Arrange in house experience sharing &

orientation session on facilitation skill2. More careful to effective referral source3. Complete Material development procedure

Overall Recommendation1.Print New Poster, which include local

address and cell number or sanction blank space

2.Need to newly paste of LMRF add in existence billboard in several area

3.Initiate different level dissemination, like local print & electronic media for more circulation
