Introduction

It can be used either with Acrow soldier, or with double H20 timber beams. Dueto high load capacity shorbrace is onof the most economical table systemfor heavy civil engineering project.

•shorbrace system is heavy duty.•variable heights can be obtained by using shorbrace system.•shorbrace system is so limited in lost items because it has so little accessories.•shorbrace system is easy in erection and dismantling . so it does not need to skilled labor.•composed of standard components which can be used in different projects,anddifferent system.• very easy in erection and dismanting results in saving time and labour cost.

•working load per vertical leg 54.00 kn•shorbrace telescopic range is from 52.5 cm up to 142.5 cm

Shorbrace table with prop extensionis very flexible so it is one of the bestsystems for building constructions.Shorebrace can be connected to eachother so shorebrace table is available

to any height. Vertically adjusting canbe done either by post head jack inShorebrace table for heavy structureor by prop extension in Shorebracetable for bulding.

Cross Brace

These are used to group a number ofshorbrace towers together at close spacingto support heavy load concentrations. linkspacers also offer an easy and low costmethod for closing up the frames wherenecessary.

Post.Head Jack

heavy threaded spindle with big nut can beadjust the shorebrace table system fromrang (50 mm - 400mm)

Shorbrace Coupler

With two spring clips the shorbrace coupleris used for connecting diagonal crossbracing from shorbrace telescopic frame toshorbrace frame below.

Shorebrace Telescopic Frame

It is made from 48.3 mm outside diametervertical tubes By using the shorbracetelescopic frame at the top of the towerShorbrace system can be adjusted to any

height - Range (0.525 m -1.425 m) with 30 cmincrement.

Shorbrace Frame

•It is made from 60.3 mm outside diametervertical tubes.•Shorbrace towers are operational with orwithout the use of the telescopic shorbrace

frame.•The Shorbrace frame uses a patented fastaction latch for the cross bracing connectorand no tools are necessary to lock the barsin position.

Vertical Frame Connector

For vertical interconnection of frames it isprovided with 2 holes to receive rivet pins andspring clip.

C-Fork

used for carring and moving shorebracetable from level to other on the constructionsite by crane.the C-Fork is simply attached to theshorebrace table form . load capacity up to1.00 ton..

Prop Connection & Prop Inner

For adjusting the height of shorebrace tablefrom range (0.0 to1.20m).Prop inner connected with shorebrace frameby prop connectionused in shorebrace table form for buildingwith or without beam.

Table Head

Fix connection between the shorebraceframe and primary timber H20 (double orsingle).table head connected with shorebrace frameby rivet pin& spring clip.

Wheel Jack Unit

Mechanical Jacks For Lowering Table formand table horizontal moving available twotype 70 cm & 170 cm.
