This trust has strived to maintain its aim of creating and supplying the most crucial human resource ingredient for any organization. In keeping with the changing scenario, the management has constantly modified its inputs to suit the latest need of corporate world. By starting Amababa Commerce College, Maniba Institute of Business Management & Deviba Institute of Computer Application, at College Campus, Sabargam, Shree Dakshin Gujarat Shikshan Samaj, Kumbharia has opened a new education venue which will offer better prospectus to the students of Puna, Kumbharia- Sabargam and other surrounding areas where there is no venue for quality education at all in this vicinity.

The campus is located at Sabargam 8 km away from Surat-City on Surat-Kadodara-Bardoli Road (N. H. No. 6). Shree Dakshin Gujarat Shikshan Samaj, Kumbharia Trust has established a well equipped and modern Infrastructure, a College building is an unique in South Gujarat region which provide excellent facilities to the students.

The class rooms are well- equipped with modern equipments to facilitate objective of quality education. The class rooms are designed to promote maximum interaction between the faculty and the students with the help of audio visual and ICT facilities.

With the constructive efforts of Shree Dakshin Gujarat Shikshan Samaj, Kumbharia Institute has successfully established three modern Computer Laboratory. The Computer Center is provided with internet facilities and other required needs of students and the faculty.The computer lab is equipped with 225 computers with internet Wi-Fi facilities helps the students in acquiring information through world wide web.

College playground is located within the Campus and has 61000 sq.ft. area. Cricket, Volley ball and other games are also created The facility of large and spacious multipurpose auditorium (Sanjay Smruti Bhavan) is also available for Badminton & Table Tennis as well as extra curricular activities. A Sabargam College has established in very wide area. It has cover Six acres land for Academic building and Play ground.

Our college also Provides Canteen facility which serves delicious and hygiene foods with reasonable rate.

Our College also provides Medical facility to our needy Students during a college time.

We are also providing Mineral water to all our students. With the object to provide clean and pure water we have installed RO Plant with 300 Ltr. capacity of water and at the same time we have installed Water Cooler at each floor of the college.

We also have well equipped Audio Visual Auditorium “Sanjay Smruti Bhvan” with Sound Proof system.

Our college also providing Broad Band Internet with Wi-Fi facility to the Students, Staff and for Administrative work.

We have Three well equipped Computer Laboratories with 225 number of Computers. Recently we have developed Computer Lab for SCOPE Training with highly experienced Faculty.

Our College building and College campus is under surveillance of Close Circuit Television Camera (CCTV).

From this year the college is planning to give transportation facilities to the students if the number of students are as per the requirements of specific route.

Students from outside Surat will get Railway Concession in One/Three months Railway Concession Pass

1 Loitering in the Lobby will be treated as on offence, library should be used during free lectures. Bunking lectures is to be avoided.

2 Maintaining discipline in the classrooms is mandatory. Internal tests are compulsory and minimum required internal marks are also pre-condition to fulfill eligibility criteria for appearing at University exam and misconduct or malpractice in exam will be an offence as per Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Rules.

3 Maintaining peace and calmness in the library is must. Any student founded, tearing the pages or spoiling the books would be strictly dealt with and the students throwing rubbish in the rooms, College Building and / or the playground will be liable for punishment.

4 Mobile Instrument is strictly prohibited in the class room, lobby and College Campus.5 Student must abide by the rules and regulations framed by the College from time to time. Any violation of

the rules or any act of indiscipline on the part of the students shall result in disciplinary action leading to expulsion from the college.

6 Once admitted a student is required to be regular in attending classes and in submission of assignment in each subject, non attendance will lead to the cancellation of his / her admission and the student shall not be certified for the final examination. 80% attendance in the class is obligatory.

7 Smoking, Chewing gums, Gutkha, Pan-Masala and use of Drugs and Tobacco are strictly prohibited in the College premises and College Campus.

8 Every student shall carry his/her college identity card daily and will get the same endorsed every year.9 Damage to the property of the college like tampering with fixtures, fittings, equipments, furniture, books,

periodicals, walls window panes, mirror including board and vehicles etc. shall be viewed very seriously and might result in immediate expulsion from the college.

10 The students are expected to read notice put up on the Notice Board of College regularly and to follow accordingly. College shall not accept any damage for his/her failure to read the notice in time. Ignorance of law cannot be an excuse.

11 Bicycles, Scooters, Motor-cycles, etc. Shall be parked only at the place provided for the purpose. 12 The Director/Principal reserves the right to remove from the rolls the names of any student for failure to pay

college dues in time and violate any rules/regulations. 13 In case of illness the student is required to inform the Director/Principal in writing along with Medical

Certificate.14 The student must maintain discipline in the class and must follow the instruction given by the professors.15 The Director's / Principal's decision whether to give admission or not shall be final. Admission will be

cancelled and disciplinary action shall be taken, if a student found in any indisciplinary behavior in the college and examination Hall.

16 In pursuance to the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 08.05.2009 in Civil Appeal No. 887/2009, the University Grants Commission has framed “UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of ragging in higher educational institutions, 2009” which have been notified on 4th July, 2009 in the Gazette of India. All the students are informed to follow the same. These regulations are mandatory for all students.

17 All the Students are informed that they are suppose to maintain harmony with fellow Students of any Minority / Dalit etc. class. Any students found with misbehavior for the same, concern student shall be liable for punishment as per government policy.Complain register for such complain is available with Principal.
