TECHINCAL DIRECTOR & COMMERCIAL
• The technical director & commercial, is responsible for leading the company's technicaland commercial contacts with customers, in their work schedules.

• has the responsibility to resolve N.C. of the product.

QUALITY MANAGER

2_BUSINESS SEGMENTS '(CND, INSPECTION, TESTING AND CERTIFICATION)
The Sicil Service is a service company specializing in non-destructive testing.
• The control methods used are: radiographic Selenium-XY, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle,
ultrasonic thickness with using professional scaffolding or mobile platform, ultrasound
defectoscopic, chemical analysis, thermography, endoscopy, radiography digitized, leak tests,
surveys with laser scanner technology 3D, Gas Find-IR, Phased Array, TOFD, induced
current, vacuum box.
• The business has expanded over the execution of heat treatment on piping welds and metal
components, also to the management of the data base for inspections of plants (CREDO, SAP,
MERIDIUM).
• The Sicil Service has always worked in all industries, especially in the petrochemical and
power generation.

• The team can intervene in the preparation and planning of the program of checks stop, during
the stop for the controls and during the year for the completion of all paperwork regarding the
approval by ISPESL of equipments and lines that have undergone repairs and / or
modifications.
• Depending on the type of plant and the related issues of corrosion, it puts up a detailed list of
inspection activities of maintenance and CND (ultrasound, radiography, liquid penetrant,
magnetic particle, heat treatment etc.) to be implemented in the plant shutdown.
• During the stop of the plant performing visual inspections and NDT programmed, are
evaluated all the problems encountered, the remedies to be taken during the stop and those to
be programmed for the next general shutdown of TA.

• The remedies are well evaluated with the objective of cost-benefit and may alsoresult in changes of metallurgy, process offsets, use of corrosion inhibitors, changesof pressure vessels and piping etc. Provide assistance for the verification of law(ISPESL / INAIL and ASP) supplemented, if necessary, by stability calculations.

3_CERTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Sicil Service applies a quality system complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO
9001: 2008 in all activities, in fulfillment of the provisions of the regulations / applicable
codes and / or technical specifications provided for the purpose.
The Sicil Service is also in possession of the certification service provider for ships "SERVICE
SUPPLIERS" for running ndt, issued by RINA GROUP Office of Messina.
The Sicil Service is also qualified at the following companies :

4_TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• The Sicil Service has a staff of qualified according to the UNI EN ISO 9712 and SNT-TC-1A
and approved by Recognized Third Entity in accordance with the requirement of paragraph
3.1.3. Annex I of Directive 97/23 / EC (PED) regarding the pressure equipment and with
many years of experience in the field of non-destructive testing.
It is also in possession of the permits prefectural for the execution of radiographic throughout
Italy and the ministerial authorization road transport of radioactive materials.
The Company also owns a mobile radiographic laboratory.
The Sicil Service over the execution of non-destructive testing is able to study and develop
innovative procedures aimed at solving specific problems of corrosion and metallurgical.
The Sicil Service collaborates, for several years, with the Quality Control for the 'execution
and certification of laboratory tests (mechanical tests, metallographic, corrosion,
estensiometriche) on metallic materials.
