Scope of the project

The overall objective is the exchange of professional practice on issues related to textbooks, curricula and teaching methodologies for the simulation as an effective method to entrepreneurship education of young people, innovative technologies used in the simulation business transfer between the two levels of schooling - high school VET and university.

• The development of entrepreneurial skills, IT and foreign languages to students;• Upgrading skills of teachers through new learning and teaching methods, by development and delivery of new teaching materials and methods, especially using the method " training firm" (high school) or “virtual company” (university);• implement innovative practice VET learning and teaching methodologies (training firm,virtual company), those delivering key competences and basic skills, language skills, focusing on the use of ICT. ENTRE4FUTURE consortium constitutes a balanced set of a variety of institutions operating in different domains and in different ways. There are: three VET high schools, two economics universities (one is national innovation centre appointed by Danish Business Academies within the field of Innovation & Entrepreneurship), organisation with role of labor market and two chambers of commerce. Additionally consortium organisations are relevantly related to different target groups and stakeholders, what will make the direct contact with them easier.

TARGET GROUPS

PREPARATION

An important activity in the project is provided - Project preparation (kick-off meeting) . At this meeting, the management teams related to each project partner will consider:a. Inform all project partners on the details of the plan of activities provided in the application form, prepare each project meeting; b. Fixing details of the final products that will be made in the project; c. responsibilities of each partner in the project to final products, information and publicity, dissemination; d. ways effective communication between project partners e. Other aspects of quality assurance project management.

The project website will contain a range of information about the project: General information (objectives, activities, indicators, final products, monitoring, etc.) -Meetings of project reports -Events -Media Gallery -Links and contact Internet has become the preferred tool for disseminating millions of organizations and individuals. Project managers use websites specifically to provide information about the project and led them to announce updates on activities or results. The project site is a community partner organizations in the project, a meeting place for teachers, students, specialists involved in the project but also those outside the project that need products design . Once created the content of the site, it must be regularly updated so that the information presented to be valid and an useful visitor.

The ENTRE4FUTURE website will be a main part of the project dissemination. During the kick-off meeting the project’s domain name will be agreed. The web site will consist of two areas: a public and a private one. The project website will contain a range of information about the project: General information (objectives, activities, indicators, final products, monitoring, etc.) The private area of the web site will be only available for the project partners and will be part of the communication process in the project period. The web site will be available in English language.technical aspects of the site: a logical, simple desing, contact information, navigability, etc.Project managers use websites specifically to provide information about the project and led them to announce updates on activities or results.

Curricula will be a result of a fruitful educational cooperation of partner organizations in the project,of exchanges of experience (Denmark,Austria, Portugal and Romania) as activities within the project. It will be structured in such a way in order to be applied to each partner in the project in various ways: local development curriculum, curriculum available to school, extracurricular activity or specialized module The curriculum proposed by the project will regard a close collaboration between the business and school both in a national as well as in an european context.It will be validated by the project partners who have expertise in the real business environment and knowledge of entrepreneurship education: Chamber of Commerce and Industry Suceava, Chamber of Commerce and Industry Cyprus and National Innovation Center Denmark.

These skills relate to an individual's ability to turn ideas into practice. This includes creativity, innovation, risk taking and the ability to plan and manage projects in order to achieve objectives. This not only supports individuals in their everyday life, and at work, making them aware of the context of their work, enabling them to take advantage of opportunities but also it is the foundation for more specific skills and knowledge required by the to establish or contribute to a social or commercial activity.

To ensure the premises professional integration of graduates into the labor market and for professional training, and flexibility needed to adapt to the types of skills identified as necessary in the present and especially future labor market rapidly changing and adapting to the requirements of economic development. Adapting to market demand and need for training in Europe were the key reasons for the creation of this curriculum. Students must be given the opportunity to learn basic skills, developing high professionalism, initiative, insight, ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and competitive economic environment, significant labor market.

The Good practice guide will be distributed in the various dissemination activities, as an example to be followed and applied in all VET schools, including the entire theme and results of the project on innovative educational strategies on business simulation The guide will be available electronically on the website of the Partnership.

Each partner in the project (after each project meeting)VET-school organization must achieve a material on teaching methods and strategies on business simulation in educating youth entrepreneurship used in their country. .This material, they will teach Spanish partner for editing and duplicating best practices guide.Partners in the project VET-school organizations -Romania, Portugalia.Austria, Spain and Denmark will be responsible for developing these materials.

The general goals of the dissemination activities of the project are:• To widely disseminate general existence of the ENTRE4FUTURE project and its special focus on improving technologies and innovations in the simulation of entrepreneurship, the exchange of professional practice and training on issues related to textbooks, curricula and teaching methodologies for the simulation as an effective method to entrepreneurship education of young people, innovative technologies used in the simulation transfer business between the two levels of schooling - VET and university and facilitating the innovative practices in the field of vocational education and training;

- To participate in thematically related events to inform the target groups about the project’s results;

- To disseminate overall project results and outcomes.

- The general dissemination strategy is to actively engage users from different target groups (this is taken into account e.g. byestablishing focus groups consisting of different stakeholders and decision-making authorities) and to search for ways of generating a feeling of ownership among people and groups to whom we are going to disseminate knowledge about the project and which are going to impact. Therefore the dissemination will be customised to the needs of particular target groups and will be divided into four main dissemination “types”:

- Dissemination for awareness directed to the vocational training and the business community;

- Dissemination for understanding directed to the groups that can benefit from the project and need to have a deeper understanding of the project’s work;

- Dissemination for action directed to the groups/audiences that are in the position to “influence” and “bring about change” within their organisations;
