Simulation Scenario

UN Office on Disarmament Affairs will conduct the negotiation process

After reaching an agreement on the formalities the first round of

negotiations will take place

The delegates will negotiate which elements the treaty will cover

E.g.:

Prohibitions on the development, testing and use of nuclear

weapons

Prohibition of the production of any fissionable material
