CONFERENCE HISTORY

ISCT, formed in 1992 as the International Society for Hematotherapy & Graft Engineering (ISHAGE), has been the proud host to over 20 highly successful scientific conferences. The ISCT Annual Meeting has alternated between North America, Europe and Australia/New Zealand, and this year will be heading to Asia for the first time.

In 2016, the 22nd Annual Meeting will be held at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre in Singapore, a world class venue. It is anticipated that over 1000 delegates will attend ISCT 2016. The 22nd ISCT Meeting in Singapore will serve as the prime opportunity for you to network with experts within the global cell therapy arena.

Symposia and Corporate Tutorial Guidelines Symposia or Tutorials held in conjunction with the ISCT Annual Meeting are not part of the official meeting agenda and will be designated as Corporate Symposia or Corporate Tutorials in the meeting agenda. Companies hosting Symposia or Tutorials agree:

1. that ISCT retains the right to approve Symposia or Tutorial content, faculty, venue and other details.

2. that the Symposium or Tutorial will provide opportunity for open question and answer sessions and permit evaluation by attendees; Evaluation forms would be developed, distributed and tabulated by the supporter.

3. Tutorial planning efforts including set-up, food and beverage, audio-visual and other arrangements, will be made through the ISCT Meeting Director, Gilles Fraissange, unless other arrangements are agreed upon to allow the Tutorial contact person to deal directly with the conference center staff. In the case of the latter, the ISCT Meeting Director must be kept informed of all communication between the Tutorial contact person and conference center staff. All audio-visual requirements must be arranged through ISCT.

4. that ISCT will provide a list of registered conference attendees to the Symposium or Tutorial contact prior to the Symposium or Tutorial. If meeting staff is required on-site, the Company will be billed separately. If audio-visual technicians are required for Tutorials, the Company will be billed separately.

5. not to use “ISCT”, “ISCT 2016 Annual Meeting”, or the respective logos on any announcement, sign publication, audio-visual product or other promotional materials without express written permission from ISCT.

6. all promotional materials must be approved by ISCT prior to distribution.

7. that no audio or video taping can take place without consent of ISCT; all approved audio and/or video taping must be disclosed to the audience in the program.

8. to refrain from posting promotional signs in hotel lobbies without permission of ISCT; placing promotional material under the doors (or door drops of any kind) of hotel guests is not permitted. If you are interested in this, please refer to our Marketing Opportunities.

9. Food and beverage is at the cost of the symposium host. Tutorials occur during lunch in which ISCT provides delegate lunches.

10. the Tutorial fee does not include any costs for registration, additional food and beverage, additional audio-visual, or any administrative services provided.

11. to remit the Symposium or Tutorial fee, administrative fees and Symposium or Tutorial proposal information to ISCT; additional costs will be billed after the ISCT 2016 Annual Meeting; checks should be made payable to the International Society for Cellular Therapy.


GRP Workshop Educational Grant($500-$3,000)

The Global Regulatory Perspectives Workshop will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016. Now in its tenth year, this one-day conference provides participants with information directly from international regulators, and will address new and evolving regulations worldwide, the international status of compliance activities, clinical regulatory issues in trial design and execution, as well as an interactive case studies session focused on the pros and cons of Pharmacopeia standards. This unique meeting brings in international regulators from North America, Australia, Europe and Asia as well as over 100 international delegates working within the regulatory field of cellular therapy.

Ancillary Meeting PolicyAll ancillary meetings held during the ISCT annual meeting must be approved by ISCT. To obtain approval, an Ancillary Meeting Room Request must be submitted to ISCT. Request must be submitted to Audrey Le ([email protected]).

Each Ancillary Meeting Room Request must include: (a) the identity of the sponsor requesting the ancillary meeting; (b) the date, start time and end time of the ancillary meeting; (c) the names and affiliations of the persons speaking at the ancillary meeting; (d) a brief description of the purpose and objectives of the ancillary meeting.

Meeting space is limited and Ancillary Meeting Room Requests that comply with these guidelines will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for Ancillary Meeting Room Requests is May 6, 2016 pending availability. Additional fees will apply for late requests. Reserve early.

Space for ancillary meetings will be provided only to requestors who are affiliated with ISCT, such as exhibitors, corporate sponsors, nonprofit organizations, ISCT members, and annual meeting attendees.

Hotels in the ISCT room block will not reserve meeting rooms/function space for ancillary meetings for any individuals/organizations during the ISCT annual meeting without prior approval from ISCT.

The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that upon acceptance by Conference Management, by completing and executing the acceptance portion of this Application, this Application will become a contract for the licensing of the Exhibit Space between the Conference Management and the Applicant (thereafter referred to as the “Exhibitor”). The Applicant agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations governing the Exhibition as set forth and included in the Corporate Opportunities Package and the Exhibitor Services Manual, a copy of which will be provided to each exhibitor. Participation in the ISCT Annual Meeting does not confer endorsement of exhibitor services and/or products by the International Society for Cellular Therapy.
