Topics: Software as a Service (SaaS)

We the members of CISO comity have organised a seminar on Software as a Service

(SaaS) conducted by Computer IT Student`s Organisation. The honourable chief guest

Mr.Abhijeet Deshmukh. He has more than 7 years’ experience in IBM. He is expertise in

areas ranging from Business Administration to Marketing Software as Services.

In this program there were 130 students present. The sir has given us the knowledge

about SaaS. In these they have given knowledge about various websites. They have also told

us about Software Development, Software ease.

Software as a service essentially extends the idea of the ASP model. The

term Software as a Service (SaaS), however, is commonly used in more specific settings:

whereas most initial ASPs focused on managing and hosting third-party independent software

vendors' software, as of 2012 Saas vendors typically develop and manage their own software.

Whereas many initial ASPs offered more traditional client-server applications, which require

installation of software on users' personal computers, contemporary SaaS solutions rely

predominantly on the Web and only require an internet browser to use. After that there was

query session in which students have asked their difficulties n queries.

SaaS applications are often updated more frequently than traditional software, in

many cases on a weekly basis. This is enabled by several factors:

The application is hosted centrally, so an update is decided and executed by the

provider, not by customers. The application only has a single configuration, making

development testing faster. The application vendor has access to all customer data,

expediting design and regression testing. The solution provider has access to user behaviour

within the application (usually via web analytics), making it easier to identify areas worthy of

improvement.

A guest seminar had been organised by the members of CISO committee of

our college on CAREER DEVEPLOPMENT IN IT INDUSTRY by (CISO). This

seminar was conducted by the honourable chief guest Mr. Abhijeet Sange, who is a

software engineer by profession and works with the LEI development IBM India Pvt

limited Pune. He has completed his graduation from PICT College Pune and post-

graduation from Bits Pilani.

The seminar was a huge success with the presence of more than 150

students. 74 from IT department and 76 from CMPS department. The sir enlightened

Topics: Software Security

We the members of CISO comity have organised a seminar on Software Testing

conducted by Computer IT Student`s Organisation. The honourable chief guest Mr. Manoj

Rathore who has more than 6 years’ experience in Software Testing Sector. He is expertise in

areas ranging of Software Testing.

In this program there were 130 students present. The sir has given us the knowledge

about Software Testing and Xss Scripting. In these they have given knowledge about various

websites. They have also told us about importance of software testing, necessity of software

testing.

After that there was query session in which students have asked their difficulties n

queries.

Software testing is an investigation conducted to provide stakeholders with

information about the quality of the product or service under test. Software testing can also

provide an objective, independent view of the software to allow the business to appreciate

and understand the risks of software implementation. Test techniques include, but are not

limited to, the process of executing a program or application with the intent of finding

software bugs (errors or other defects). Software testing can be stated as the process of

validating and verifying that a computer program/application/product:

meets the requirements that guided its design and development,

works as expected,

can be implemented with the same characteristics,

And satisfies the needs of stakeholders.

The benefits from is program is too much that students have gain knowledge about

software testing , why software testing is important , ways of software testing, Methods of

software testing and most important testing security of the software from cross site

scripting(Xss).

Aurdino, Cloud Computing Level up conducted by Computer IT Student`s Organization. The

honourable chief guest is Mr Amit Nagpure and Mr. Ritesh Nikose. He has an experience as a

Software Engineer from Tech Union, Nagpur.

The seminar was a huge success with the presence of more than 50 students. The

guest has enlightened student by sharing his knowledge on how to achieve success. They

The seminar was a huge success with the presence of more than 250 students.

Our students enlightened the seminar by sharing his knowledge on how to achieve success in

web site creating and development. After that there was question answer session in which

students have asked their difficulties and queries.

LTD. The PRANAV SYSTTECH PVT. LTD provides the SAP services. He is especially

In this program there were more than 170 students present. They give knowledge

An event was organized by the members of CISO committee on the occasion of

Engineer's day which incorporates prize distribution of "Best Ideas Best Solution” in the

presence of Dr. A.D.Gawande sir and Prof V.S.Gulhane sir. Seminar on the topic "E-

Commerce a kick start to your carrer" for that Mr. Milind More who is a part of

Optimized Infotech Pune were invited for guiding students. Mr. Dilip Atram who is retired

air force officer working with PWD department Amravati. Dilip sir guided students on

"Social awareness”.

The seminar was a success with the presence of about 100 students. Students

were inspired by Dilip sir. He shared his experience with students. After that Milind sir

guided on E-commerce. He shares new technologies and business tricks with students. He

gave information about internet business, Online Business and how it works. He also told

students to increase their aptitude skills. Students were inspired and motivated by the session

and they also enjoyed it.

Days Work Shop on Topics BIG DATA AND HADOOP Which is held on 8th

August 2016. Resource Person for the Workshop is Mr. Shreekant Gawande from Mumbai.

Expertise is having 14 Year of experiences in IT industry. He is Basically Working With Top

MNCs Company like Cognizant and Tech Mahindra as Consultant for Big Data and Hadoop

only. Mr.Shreekant Gawande also Work as Corporate Trainer on Hadoop at Cap Gemini and

Ness Technologies.

The Workshop was a huge success. Department of Computer Science and

Engineering has taken initiative for the final year who has participated in the Workshop. The

guest has enlightened the students by sharing their knowledge on their respective topics.

Mr.Shreekant Gawande has covered all the topics of Hadoop like Map Reduce, HIVE, PIG

and Many More. Mr.Shreekant Gawande guided students about how to handle the Hadoop

with Practical Hand on. He asked students to start Hadoop Installation and executed the file

System & also guided on how to become technically expert in this technology. After the

Workshop students were looked confidence on Hadoop.

Topics: Introductions & Working on Microsoft SQL Server 2012

The seminar have organised on Microsoft SQL server. The seminar was conducted by

Mr.Shubham Hirapure and Mr.Pankaj Prajapati.

In this program there were 150 students of computer science and were present. Mr.

Shubham Hirapure has given us the knowledge about the installation of the SQL Server. And

Mr.Pankaj Prajapati discussed about the generation of the databases and the architecture of

the databases.

During the seminar they gave SQL server is available in various edition, depending on the

size, scope. We can use an appropriate edition. The most popular used stable version of SQL

server is 2014, recently SQL server 2016 is launched with greater scalability, security and

transactional applicability.

The benefits from this program are too much that students have gain knowledge about

the Microsoft Installation of the SQL Server. I like to thank all the members of CSS for their

co-operation and help to achieve success for program. Especially I would like to thank Prof.

the Workshop is Miss Shivani Ingole and Miss Shine Sheikh from TCS Nagpur. Expertise

is having 4Year of experiences in IT industry. He is Basically Working with Top MNCs

Company TCS Nagpur as Operational Executive Engineer. Miss Shivani Ingole and Miss

Shine Sheikh is our Alumni of our College. Total 60 students where present in seminar

The Seminar was a huge success. Department of Computer Science and

Engineering has taken initiative for the final year and Third Year who has participated in the

Workshop. The guest has enlightened the students by sharing their knowledge on their

respective topics. Miss Shivani Ingole and Miss Shine Sheikh has covered all the topics of

HTML 5 and CSS. Miss Shivani Ingole and Miss Shine Sheikh guided students about how
