3.) Prepare and paint all exposed carbon steel surfaces. Prime surfaces with a single coat of industrial grade steel primer. Apply a minimum of one top coat of waterborne acrylic enamel. Color to be grey (match color code RAL 7036) with the following exceptions: Color of Items 9 through 12, 52, 59, and 77 shall be crimson (match color code RAL 3003). Color of Items 16 and 51 shall be white. Powder coating is an acceptable substitute. Do not paint inside threaded holes.4.) Adjust position of Item 6 via slotted holes to ensure free range of motion of Item 56 through the tracks.5.) Bend end of Item 50 within the Item 7 and 8 weldments as required to match angular dimension as called out in this drawing.6.)Anticipated weight of Item 1 is 1100 lbs. Weigh assembly and label document number and weight (rounded up to the nearest ten pounds) on the top surface of Item 9 with white letters minimum 3/4-inch tall letters:

7.) Actek Swivel Hoist Ring Notes:A.) All swivel hoist rings shall be as manufactured by Actek Manufacturing and Engineering, Inc. Install/re-install these hoist rings in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. The manufacturer's amended information and/or other relevant information is described in the following notes.B.) All steel components engaging the hoist rings shall have a minimum tensile strength of 58,000 psi.C.) All Actek hoist ring screw threads are Class 2A, therefore, all tapped threads shall be matching Class 2B.D.) Prior to its use, each Actek model# 43705 hoist ring shall be tightened to 12 ft-lbs. Rated load of 800 lbs each. E.) If anti-seize lubricant is present in the threads of the hoist ring screw or in the tapped threads, it must be removed with acetone or another vendor approved solvent.F.) Inspection of hoist rings shall meet manufacturer's and Hanford site hoisting and rigging manual (DOE-RL-92-36) requirements.G.) Slings to be used to lift the assembly shall be at least 5-feet in length.
8.) Weld and inspect components per AWS D1.1, 2010 and AWS D1.6, 2007, statically loaded criteria as applicable.9.) Engage Item 26 and 27 with Loctite applied.10.) Item 89 is sold in 6-ft lengths. To install onto Item 4, specified lengths shall be bonded end to end via the Armacell's recommended adhesive (e.g. Armaflex 520 P/N AAD520005). The tube shall be cut lengthwise to unfold and roll into Item 4. Engage the starting end of the Armaflex between Items 14 and 75 and pinch via bolts (Item 76). Roll tubing in direction to ensure proper feed through the conveyor rollers during use.11.) Insert Item 82 through both Item 73 plates prior to welding to ensure correct alignment.
