BACKGROUND

Mr. Pokrifcsak has completed past projects for, among others, E. I. duPont de Nemours & Co., Inc., Embraer Aircraft Corporation, The National Football League (NFL), The NBA Players Association (NBPA), and The National Hockey League (NHL) & The U.S. Navy in the areas of software development, IT infrastructure design and high-level systems security.

PRODUCT EVOLUTION

During the development phases of Skill Capacity© as an athletic skills evaluation tool, it became evident that the logic and metrics being created and applied in the athletic talent selection process were similar in scope, and in many cases more detailed, to the metrics being applied and utilized in the commercial and government marketplace.

In response, Skill Capacity© was re-designed as a web-enabled user-definable template or platform. As a development platform, Skill Capacity© is now a “horizontal” application that can be used in multiple “vertical” markets as a decision support tool for;

– specialized-skill set assessments – behavioral & psychological skills evaluations– departmentalized performance evaluation– pre-recruitment evaluation and post-recruitment training & mentoring– predictive/trend analytics– multi-level comparative analyses, etc.

Similar in some respects to the multi-tenancy concept used by SalesForce.com, Skill Capacity© provides a higher level of security, less dependence on the Internet and access to current data when disconnected. It’s core components can be customized by the end user.
