Employers in the Defense industry cut the most job openings fromtheir inventories followed by firms in Financial Services. Job
openings in HiTech and IT Services increased slightly.

Other IT job markets in the South East improved. In Florida the
number of job openings grew 7.4% and in Alabama employers
posted 7.5% more opportunities than in June. The national IT job
market was basically flat in July. The national average increased0.7%.
