Program Objective
The purpose of this program is to develop the skills and knowledge of Manager Trainees with Enterprise Rent a Car and prepare them for initial testing. Trainees will learn how properly use function screens in Ralph 1.0, complete customer check-in using Ralph 2.0 and properly complete a Cash Qualification for a regular retail rental customer.

Manager Trainee’s will demonstrate how to make changes to a closed ticket using Ralph 1.0 within three weeks of trainingManager Trainee’s will demonstrate how to make changes to a closed ticket using Ralph 1.0 within three weeks of trainingManager Trainees will “actively” check in a customer following all of the Cash Qualifying procedures.

This program would be best evaluated after the first exam has been taken using the Skillz to Grillz manual.
Evaluating
Upon grading the test after the new manual has been implemented the trainer and H.R. Director can determine if the revised training helped trainees pass the initial exam.
