Handy Home ProductsThe concept for the SKrAPr came as the result of necessity.

About three years ago, while attempting to clean a difficult patch on the surface of my glass-top stove, I reached for the only available tool on the market at that time, a razor edged scraper. The result was a frustrating and unsightly scratch to my stove top.

As the owner of an automotive moulding company, I came to them with an initial design, challenging my engineers and designers to come up with a viable solution; a tool that was ergonomic, strong enough to withstand heavy scraping, dishwasher safe, antibacterial, and made from a material that would allow it to be razor sharp without scratching the cleaning surface, and no compromises. I relied on their professional skills in product design and function, moulding and machining, and our companies expertise in resin formulations.

The result was the SKrAPr, an original tool like no other, meeting and exceeding all of the requirements I had requested.

The SKrAPr ‘s function, innovation and uniqueness has already been recognized by the unparalleled acceptance of consumers and retailers in Canada, the US, and globally.
