Upon researching, the property seems openand starts to meander significantly. There isnot available subdivision plan as of January 9,2016 that could help us determine the mostaccurate borders of the property.

The northern borders are known due to theavailability of their own subdivision plans (1).This, however, might change. According to thestrict encoding of the TCT the property does eatup some buildings (2). We, however, find thisunlikely.

Skyeye Inc. started as a small project in August 2009 when a groupof multidisciplinary students taking their Masters and Bachelors degreein Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Environmental Science,Computer Science and Management got togetherto explore the use of UAVs in the Philippines.

During the catastrophic and generally wild events of Ondoy, the team decided that UAVs can be used as decision support toolsfor disaster analysis, resiliency and response.

With a dream behind them, the original team took the plunge, invested their own money and started working on Skyeye. After a few years of development, learning, missing partiesand eating way too much pizza, as well as picking up angel investorsand faculty members of Ateneo to join the team,Skyeye Inc. was incorporated on March 2013. It is one of the

rst technology start-up led by students in Ateneoand is housed in the Ateneo Innovation Center (AIC).

Run by a multi-disciplinary group of scientists and engineers,Skyeye aims to improve the lives of people using UAVs.
