Review/Analysis of Dues Impact
• All analyses assume “full” recruitment of new members at 15 beginning immediately – reality will not be that good, but may be worth the risk with the right airplane
• Dues will increase from a minimum of $?/mo to as high as $?, depending on purchase cost – need to keep as low as possible
• Need to keep searching for ways to reduce fixed costs– Reduced Jeppesen subscriptions to “Full USA” vs “Americas” saving
$500/yr– Eliminate Sirius XMWX subscriptions with implementation of new
ADS‐B transponders saving ~$1,700/yr
