Once upon a time … somewhere in Honduras
A kind man called Humberto was
living and working, BUT…
Humberto could not get enough sleep. He was too kind.
Humberto wanted to help starving people,
to save the world, to make it better.
Humberto searched for the solution
But all solutions did not solve his problem
Suddenly, a friend told him, that his friend learnt that his friend saw a friend’s status on Facebook
KHASH!
What is it???
Khash is only eaten in the months with the letter 'r' in it
Khash – a substantial soup ofcows’ feet and stomach enjoyedwith plenty of garlic, all sorts ofpickled vegetables and vodka ontop of everything
Khash is one of the most festive Armenian dishes eaten mostly in the cold season.
1. Take cows’ feet2. Depilate, clean3. Keep in cold water in order to get rid of bad smell4. Boil in water all night long, until the water has become a
thick broth and the meat has separated from the bones.
No salt or spices are added during the boiling process.

Khash is never eaten alone, it is always a party dish.
It gathers people and make life easier, at least for few hours.
It can be eaten everywhere in the world.It is a lot of FUN! (check the toast)
Good MorningIt is declared when everybody is served the khash and had chance toput salt, pepper and lavash bread into it. Also by that time the vodkashot glasses are to be full.

For the GuestsLater at some point a toast for the guests is suggested. Literally it is"For the people who eat the khash (Խաշ ուտողների կենացը)".
