How to Access SuccessFactors
SuccessFactors is a web-based system.
Log in from myJohnsHopkins portal.
Click the HR icon.Select SuccessFactors.

The SuccessFactors homepage provides access to everything you need to do in myPerformance. Starting from the top of the screen…
Home Menu: provides access to the various modules the end-user is permitted to use. This includes Goals, Performance Forms, Recruiting, Careers, Company Info, Analytics, and Employee File.
Actions/People Search Bar: provides quick navigation to employee public profiles, org chart, and goal and form transactions.
Name Menu: provides access to use proxy and assign proxy.

My Info Tile: is where your personal information is stored. It contains links to you Public Profile, Personal Profile, Notes, Goal Plan, and Performance Forms that are currently in your inbox. To access these links click on the pin wheel icon .Welcome Tile: provides basic information on myPerformance, mainly how to navigate the modules.Help and Resources Tile: provides links to various myPerformance resources including job aid/quick reference guides and online courses.myRecruiting Resources: provides hiring manager resources and job aids. This tile is only available to JHHS managers.Tile Browser: Allows you to add and remove any of the default tiles from your homepage.

My Team Tile: provides managers and Evaluation Support a snapshot of their team – as it is listed in SAP. You can click on an employee to go their public an personal profile, notes, performance form, and goal planTo Do Tile: tracks actions that are coming due, past due, or completed. It provides direct access to performance forms, if the form is in your inbox.My Goals Tile: highlights the latest changes that have been made to your goals.Careers Tile: provides a running total of open positions throughout the enterprise. It also tallies the number of jobs you applied to or saved.

Homepage Dashboards: provides myPerformance related metrics to all managers. See the Homepage Dashboards quick reference guide for more details.

Using Company Info: Org ChartThe Company Info module allow you to visually see yourself in organizational charts and view and search for others throughout the enterprise. This information is driven by SAP employee records.
Using the Main Menu go to Company Info.Your organization chart will automatically appear.
Click Up One Level to view your manager. Use the search box to search for people.

The directory provides general information on employees throughout the enterprise.Tags: Employee may add tags that are specific to their role. Clicking a tag will allow you to view all employees with that tag.
To view the directory select DIRECTORY beneath Company Info tab.

The My Employee File (Employee Files for managers) tab stores information about you. There are two profiles in the system:
Public Profile contains information that can be seen by others.
Personal Profile contains information about you that is imported from SAP. This information can only be viewed by you, your manager, and HR.

Conclusion
The homepage tiles provide access to various SuccessFactors modules, resources, and shortcuts.The “Help and Resources” tile is your first stop for SuccessFactors help. It contains job aids and links to policies and procedures. Proxy is a tool available to all users to help manage the myPerformance process. It is not required.All forms and goals have an audit trail that is accessible by both employee and manager. The Add Attachment feature allows manager and employees to attach a document to the performance form.Out of Turn Access, is a manager only tool that allow early access to the performance form, while the form is still with the employee.
