Don't touch the casualty – you too, will get a shock. Switch off the current at the socket and remove the plug. If this isn't possible, turn off at the main switch. Summon help immediately.

Infestations are caused by animal parasites living on the body.
Common examples include head lice (pediculosis capitis) and scabies (caused by the itch-mite).
If you suspect an infectious or contagious condition, you must report it to your manager or supervisor.
