Customers Can Create Their Own Guided Procedures New Guided Procedure Authoring Framework Planned with 7.1 SP05

SAP Solution Manager already contains many Guided Procedures that are delivered standard (SAP

Solution Manager Setup, Data Volume Management Analysis, Guided Self Services, etc.)

However, when production exceptions are detected by SAP Solution Manager from various monitoring applications

(Database, System, Connections, for example) these exceptions should be documented, and a solution proposed

automatically. Any documentation created by the IT organization while solving issues can be created as a guided

procedure to reduce effort and increase resolution time..
