Control system functions 1/2• Interlock valves: forbid opening if the pressure is higher than a selectable

threshold (1 mbar) and automatic closing (conditions on vacuum, inner P, temperature, compressed air lack). HW wired (maxigauge, temp driver, pressostat)

Functions 2/2• Integrate the racks among the others ones of LAL= communicate with other PLCs for

future auto actions• Readout statuses (temperatures, pressure, level, vacuum, valves) and send them to

DAQ• Possibility to operate the two vacuum valves in local mode• Display in local mode the temperature, valve status and LN2 level• SW supervisor, integrated in the general one. Display status, possibility to close the 2

vacuum valves by remote. No automatic actions/loops required for the supervisor.• Heating jacket: thermoregulator could be read by remote and in case stopped: included

in the control system?• Racks env. noise: 24V power supply ‘thoroidal’ type, normally no fans• Procure a driver for the PT100 with alarm• Implement the last version of the Virgo+ refill automatic procedure (2 auto valves +

transfer line to external tank?)• per accelerare la rigenerazione utilizzare un riscaldatore interno al 'dewar‘• Consider a KEY in the loacl panel, to enable valves (opening authorized)
